I could not imagine a better t...

I could not imagine a better tire shop! These guys came out in a very windy snowstorm to change my flat tire, my car had locked as a security feature so they then drove to my office to get my keys, back to my house, took the tire, fixed the tire, then didn`t charge me because I bought the tires from them. I cannot believe they didn`t charge me for that! They rotate for free too. Their prices are very reasonable and w... view morehen you factor in all the free stuff they do for you their prices are very low. I know tons of family and friends that use them and everyone is very happy with their service. They are always friendly and I haven`t heard any complaints. My family has used them for years.

I don`t know of a better tire shop

The prices are always competitive, and we`ve never had a complaint. And in response to the comment that Roger acted rudely, in the roughly 15 years I`ve been going to Rt 10 Tire, I`ve never known Roger to be rude - even when the waiting room was standing room only. And oddly enough, we started going there after the kids, then teenagers, were treated very rudely by another local shop.

Best Service Ever

I`ve always had great service. Roger is amazing! I get my oil changed almost ever month as I work 45 minutes from my house they can always fit me in, no matter if its for an oil change or to fix a flat or to get snow tires. Never a problem they are always great :)

Rude and Indifferent

I like to do business with the independent locally owned places whenever possible. I have tolerated moody behavior from the owner, Roger, over the years because the location is convenient and the prices have been ok. This spring however, he mounted the wrong kind of tires on my car. I ordered summer tires, and he put on M+S instead. Then he was rude, sarcastic, and argumentative today when I attempted to get my s... view morenows put on. Whenever has a really busy day, he gets like this. Then when he is slow, he begs for your patronage. After I walked out of his shop, I went to Town Fair Tire, where I was treated professionally and was taken care of in twenty minutes.

Avoid Route 10 Tire like toxic waste. He does not appreciate or deserve your business.
