Disapointed in service and attitude

New to the area and looking for a reliable, competent auto repair facility I was largely disappointed in Stateline Auto Services. I was having a problem with heat in my 2006 Volvo S80. They had the car for 3 hrs. and failed to diagnose or correct the problem. Told me to check with them later. A day later they thought it may be my battery. (?) They changed my battery for a $200 fee but still did not correct the heat p... view moreroblem. Told me they would check with the Volvo dealer and get back to me. They were clueless. In the end I took it to the Volvo dealer and got it fixed.

5 Star Service

Used Stateline for the first time yesterday and am very impressed. My old car needed major repairs and they diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it within a day. Their parking lot is always jam packed with cars to be serviced. I can understand why.

I drive an hour to see this mechanic

Seth and his crew have fixed my vehicle for several different problems and he can quote chapter and verse about a specific system on the car. Since I come from so far away he takes me right in adn 9 times out of 10 tells me whats wrong with the car before I get the chance to tell him. He stayed until 11 pm one night knowing he was in at 6 the next morning just to make sure he got the intake valve replacement job rig... view moreht.
