I was telling my brother about this great mechanic my wife found in Manchester and he was telling ME about how he found this great mechanic in Manchester too. Come to find out, it was the same place. They excel at the 3 major parts of auto repair. 1- They do the job right . 2- They do it at a fair price. 3- They`re honest. These guys are the best! I have been taking my cars to P&P for many years. If they say something is wrong with the car, something is wrong with the car. They have never tried to `sell` me something that was not needed. In fact, often they will fix something incidental for nothing. I highly recommend them.

I have been taking my cars here for years. Last time was there, my Honda was ticking a little bit loud. I was out of there in under an hour after they removed the valve covers adjusted the lifters, and resealed the valve covers. There was no guesswork to the procedure whatsoever. Good to go. I`ll be back for sure -with cars it`s always something, and these guys know their stuff. I got a million of `em!

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO P & P!

I took my car to P & P for a simple installation. A half an hour into the work order, the mechanic came out and told me I have a major problem with my coolant system and if I drove away without getting it repaired, my car would immediately overheat and thus be totaled! I know my car, and I would have known if I had a coolant issue. The mechanic showed me the spout at the top of my radiator that he claimed was broken,... view more although I just had the radiator inspected two days prior. The spout had a clean break which leads me to believe the mechanic broke it off himself! P & P tried to strike fear into me in order to get a higher sale. They might destroy your property and force persuasion upon you to make you believe your car is in a state of life or death unless you take action! I think these guys are the scummiest hustlers you`ll ever encounter. Do not take your car to P & P. Trust me. Don`t make a mistake by taking your car to P & P my fellow customers. You will be sorry. Recommendation: In the Vernon area, I go to Meineke on Hartford Rd. In the Willimantic area, I go to Baco Automotive on Main St. Both of these mechanics are honest, affordable, have superior customer service, and do fantastic repairs and procedures. NEVER EVER GO TO P & P!!

Great and Honest Guys!!!

I had my 1st experience with P&P automotive a week ago and I must say these guys are top notch!! I had a problem with a brake rotor and they were able to take care of it right away and for a reasonable price. My 2nd time there my car needed a water pump and I needed the repair done asap their guys took my car in the same day and did the repair and had it ready for when I needed it!
