Mark understands that each customer has different goals and he is able to work with his team to deliver an experience far superior to any other car dealership that I?ˆ™ve been to. Mark worked with his sales manager, Tom McMullin, to find the right vehicles for my family and structure a purchase plan that worked for our budget. Even the little details were met with concern and addressed in a way that we know that they care about our business.
Jim Wright, one of Honda of Danbury?ˆ™s business managers, was also great. He explained ways that we could protect our investment while maintaining the integrity of our family finances throughout the life of our vehicle. After the vehicle purchase was completed, Tom McMullin, followed-up with me to make sure that all of our questions have been answered, that all our concerns have been met , and to ask us about our experience.
