Reviews:
Worst experience in 20 years. First a car accident brought me there and it all seemed okay until the following week the battery died. (never had a front end collision without replacement) then a month later major problems with my the two tires they put on and the brakes. Another one of our cars was brought there and we discussed some possibilities, never agreeing 100%. meaning (no work order reviewed and no verbal ok)... view more. I didn`t hear back from him and I literally brought this car right after mine 1. I could not say for sure it was his fault the tires, brakes and battery were a problem 2. I was under the guise this was a friend of the families and he did great work. Saying my life is busy is an understatement, we left it as he would call me to give me the quote and let me know what labor would be done. Instead of the estimate I get the call saying it is ready and $1,000.00 I was puzzled but he is intimidating so I asked if I could splt payments-NOPE. The work order was blank no signature just the car and G&J info. I pick up the car, he is not there to talk to, my wife wanted to talk to him but she suffers several disabilities getting worked up isn`t an option for her. About a month later her car is pulling far, brakes grinding, hardly working, she saw what they wrote on the work order and was ready to go speak to him. He was so rude to her, didn`t want to hear a word out of her mouth. Tells me it needs what we brought it in for. Between my wife her family and a close friend we found a reputable Honda specialist. He reviewed her work order and found holes in all of it. Only one repair was appropriate however we should have kow the labor fees. The rest was a done without consult or approval, it wasn`t done correctly and George didn`t care what we had to say. Now my car goes to our new guy (too bad for George we were looking for long term business) turns out some costly mistakes were made and there may be more. The Better Business Bureau has been notified and it won`t stop here. 1. The guy and his staff are rude and have this tough guy act down to try to intimidate. 2. They were around a long time but he had a great partner that is were the J comes from that was the integrity. Personally, my wife knows everybody he made a big mistake treating her like she wasn`t allowed to speak. He can write back all he wants he got us for over 2,000 and now we are sinking another 2,0000 because of his lack of professionalism. The 1st guy was right, DON`T GO THERE . P.S. THE DAMN MACHINE MADE ME GIVE IT A STAR OTHERWISE i WOULD GIVE IT A thumbs down.

Never go here. they tricked my insurance and me to fix a car that should have been deemed a total loss. When asked to do a compression test they refused. (hit a deer that cause the antifreeze to leak out, causing the car to overheat) they fixed the body damage which was half a$$, (lights would always had water get into them, scratches never fixed) anyways soon after the car was fixed my car overheated, then i needed ... view morea head gasket job. So I was with out a car for a long time. The owner and his wife are devious and they are classic rip off artist. STAY AWAY. If you see there shop you know what I mean first hand
