Buyer Beware, Land Rover Milfo...
Buyer Beware, Land Rover Milford sells defective products and does not honor lemon law warranties. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership a couple months ago.
The vehicle had some hidden defects I discovered on the drive home that the dealership did not disclose to me at the time of purchase, and that were covered under their written warranty.
I was not able to pass a State inspection until these items ... view morewere repaired, and I also ran the risk of getting a traffic violation.
Total cost of all parts and repairs came to over $700. Spoke with Ted Pawlina the so-called Sales Manager regarding these issues. He blew me off repeatedly and called me a lair
and told me that I caused these problems and refused to honor the warranty and re-reimburse me for the issues. I tried to be reasonable and only requested the dealer to reimburse
me for the cost of the labor which was only a couple hundred of the total. This Ted Pawlina is so stupid that he even refused to pay that. How dumb do you have to be to not settle on such a small
a small amount of money. Now I am going to have to sew the dealership for the full amount and report them to the better business beaureu as well as write reviews about their poor service. A
A judge is going to force them to pay over $700 and just think of the countless customers they are going to lose and possible sales as a result of my reports. This just goes to show that Ted
Pawlina has no sense whatsoever and is most certainly the cause of the many other unhappy customers before me as well as their "F" rating with the better business beaureu. If the owners of
Land Rover Milford were to get rid of Ted Pawlina and hire someone who is bright enough to know how to take care of their customers, I guarantee they would see their sales figures increase
dramatically.

Having driven sports cars my w...
Having driven sports cars my whole life, it was hard to think that one day I`d actually have to give that up. When I started having my children, I wanted a car that was built like a tank. All I can say is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought my 2nd Land Rover vehicle from them recently after totaling my Jaguar XJ8L...After my accident I wanted something more versitile and safe, and decided to take a look to see what Land Rover had to offer me this time around.
I had a 1995 Disco that was a headache--but I recently got a 06` LR3 and love it. The salesman Jerry G. is by far, hands down the best person... view more to do business with. He made sure the vehicle was perfect at delivery, even touching up a few spots in the paint on the door sils. The sales process was unlike anything I`ve ever experienced--they are very laid back, friendly and upfront.
I brought the vehicle in for a noise I heard in the front end and it was fixed the next day. Overall, I am very happy I gave them a try, and if they keep up the good work I will be back to get my LR4 in a few years!

As anyone who?ˆ™s ever owned a Land Rover can attest to, it?ˆ™s very difficult to find a shop that can repair them. The service department at Land Rover Milford is one of the best I?ˆ™ve seen. They actually know how to fix these cars properly, and I trust their judgment. I would not bring my SUV anywhere else.

Land Rover Milford did a great job with helping me find the perfect Sport with options and color that made me happy. They gave no pressure, and I felt the price to be right, monthly payments I could afford. As I cruise around in my brand new supercharged sport, I feel great!
