Service? Where?
I have had my car serviced here numerous times an am continually disappointed in the lack of attention to detail, the lack of follow up and the lack of respect for my time. The only thing this dealership does not lack is high prices and the desire to keep you coming back again and again...this is not a good thing when you are getting your car repaired. I am officially finished with this place.

Beware
They gave me an estimate for repair, and when the car was done the price was three times higher. Instead of working it out one of the owners refused to make good on their error. He said if I would have bought the car there, or had it serviced there he would`ve worked with me more. Apparently, unless you have spent money there before you are not important. When I called to complain the owner said I have 2 choices,... view more either pay the bill in full, or they will take the new part out and I would still be responsible for $600 worth of labor. They would rather let a customer walk out angry with a broken car, the owner is a POOR business man. On the same day of them telling me the car would cost three times higher than the quote, I argued with them and they put a lien on the car and locked it up in the shop. The service department either made a mistake on the quote, which I originally thought happened, but after one of the owners actions, I have to wonder if they are scammers.

Bad Service
Was given an estimate for car service of $250.00...when car was done the estimate of $250 ballooned to $900.00. They insist they gave us an estimate of $1500, they DID NOT. If they had we would have declined the repair since it was just so the automatic convertible top. We did not need the repair to run the car. The service manager pretty much washed his hands of it all and the person who I assume is an owner cou... view moreld care less. The day they told me that the cost of the car was $900 I called the service mgr, he never called me back, he had the guy who screwed up the estimate in the 1st place call and we got no where so I went there the next day to negotiate only to find out they put a lien on the car and locked it up and gave me two options...either pay the bill in full (in cash) or they will take to old part out and STILL charge me $600 for labor. They would rather do that then negotiate a fair price for their mistake. In the end, I have a repaired car, but it was a repair I was literally forced to make. I went ther to negotiate something fair but the owner ended up being a terrible businessman and I left feeling scammed. The car came home filthy also. Bad business people. and NO customer service skills, they saw a woman coming and scammed me.
