I`ve been taking vehicles to Kyle at Sensible for many years now, starting in about 2003 with a falling-apart box van that nobody else would work on. I can`t imagine that I`m a customer that an auto service place wants to deal with, since I always have old and/or strange vehicles, but Kyle never complained once - and worked a few miracles for me too. I highly recommend him!

WARNING do not go SENSIBLE AUTOMOTIVE

STAY AWAY from Sensible Automotive. They are anything but Sensible!!!! I took the car in for an oil leak. Three weeks later and $2,400 they tell me it`s ready to go. The car is only worth $2,000. The car had egg all over it. Kyle said I brought it in like that NO WAY!! Bring the car back home and I have oil all over the driveway. I call and Judy she says because of the snow I have to wait to bring it in. I called f... view moreor 3 weeks and left 7 phone messages. NOT ONE return call. I thought maybe something happen to the old gal so I went to the shop. When I walk in she acts like she has never seen me. I tell her my story and says I will have to make an appointment and she is not sure when she can get me in. WARNING do not go here unless you want to get ripped off!!!
