They always take care of us.
After over a decade of going to another mechanic, we realized we weren`t getting good service any more. The other guys charged us $100 to run a diagnostic, and then quoted us $800 for a repair. We took it to Meineke where they diagnosed it for free. Turned out the other mechanic had installed a catalytic converter wrong and that was the problem. No charge from Meineke. Friendly, Honest, and Work Done on Time
Pleased with the repair service I received today. When I dropped off my car Chuck gave me a ride to work. I later learned he was the owner. Did the repair as promised at the price I was quoted. It was nice that he proposed alternatives that would save me on the total repair bill. Thanks!

Blew me away
This is the 3rd car that I have taken to Chuck and the boys.All of the cars were in poor condition when I got there and drove like champs on the way home. Awesome Customer Service!
I showed up not knowing what was wrong with my Jeep. It was shaking when I was braking and I was recommended by a friend of mine to take it down to Meineke Car Care Center in Boulder, CO. Greeted by the owner and manager, Chuck, he welcomed me with a friendly hello and got my car in as soon as he could. He exlpained they do FREE inspections and he`d give me a quote as soon as they knew. Sure enough, within a short 30... view more minutes, he had my quote. Meineke has a lifetime gurantee on their brakepads and their quote ""Right Service, Right Price"" was definitely being represented. Chuck offered me a ride if I needed to go somewhere or be somewhere while my car was being worked on. I declined, but that customer service right there was extremely generous. When it came time to pay, my bill was the same as my quote and I left a happy person, with a Jeep that no longer shakes (Thank God!) and an experience to remember. I definitely recommend Boulder`s Meineke Car Care Center to anyone! :)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
This MEINEKE IS SHIESTY!!!!!!!!!! horrible cusomter service, after looking at about 20 diff. auto stores to replace a gasket on my car meineke had the best deal. Gave me an over the phone quote, said it wouldnt be more than $200, maybe an extra $50 or so. Well i took my vehicle up to the store and had to take a bus to work, meaning i went way out of my way to get the ""BETTER DEAL"", because every where else wanted a... view moreround $350 for the job. well upon arriving after recieiving the QUOTE he said that he started to think about the job and that it could take a little more than expected. i explained i went way out of the way to get the better & cheaper service so the quote better be somewhere in that ballpark. well never the less BIG CHUCK called me back (a$$hol3) & stated that the job was like he ""THOUGHT"" (after the quote) a little harder & the ticket would be a little over $550.00??? WHAT!! thats $200 more than anywhere else damn near denver wanted for the job...SHIESTY!!! then he argued with me saying he told me something different & hung up on me! so i called back b/c these J4ck4sses had my vehicle, & asked for the manager/owner...guess what it was CHUCK! what a D1ck, the store owner was a total A$$! He kept telling me what he wanted to hear & then told me to come and get my car, & hung up on me again. So i called back and THE OWNER wouldnt talk to me saying that i was wrong so then i get into an argument w/ the emplyees there saying chuck wasnt in...what a baby in the world of customer service & cant even talk to the customer that has a problem! while fighting w/ the employees i got offered an A$$ whooping & got called numerous names! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! so then felling like i cant even trust my vehicle being there i had to have my manager take me to get my vehicle, when i got there chuck persisted he was right and that i was wrong and to take my car elsewhere, & telling me to have a ""nice life"" horrible customer service & unprofessional stay away from this place!

Stay Away
My trusted Saab mechanic told me I needed new brake pads, that he could replace all four for around $300. He said I could try a national chain, like Meineke and that it`d be cheaper overall, but that they might try to sell me parts I don`t need. Sure enough, I asked for brakes only, and the Meineke guy said I also needed rotors and that they could do it all for $550. Thank god I told them to call me first. They`r... view moree sheisty!
