When we bought the car had fair credit and we did not want to put any money down. The guy that did our finance paperwork told us that it would probably be ok because the banks work with them on people with fair credit because the dealership lets the bank get away with charging people with excellent credit more points than they really should. We should have walked away right then.
That was 8 months ago. I took the ... view morecar in 3 weeks ago because it started making strange noises in reverse and it started running really rough. Also, our gas mileage had decreased. They had it for a day and then told us there was nothing wrong with it. I was told that part of the troubleshooting was that the mechanic pulled a brand new one off the lot to compare how they sounded.
3 days later the check engine lot came on and we had to take it in again. We were told it was a bad valve in the fuel system that was causing it to flood out a little bit. My wife asked why they did`nt catch this problem when i took it in and they said "cars are complicated. we can`t catch every little thing until an engine light comes on".
We took it home and parked it in the garage that Friday night. On Monday morning we got in to leave for work (we work close to each other so we carpool) and the engine lot came back on. We called again and made an appointment for that next Friday. They called back and told us that it is throwing a code for a bad gas cap and asked if we had done something with the gas cap. They also told us that they couldn`t test it because the gas tank was full. They had provided us with a loaner this time (first time they told us they didn`t do that) so I told them to just run out as much gas as they needed to and do the test instead of me getting it and making another appointment and not having the loaner car availability.
I get a call on Monday saying they don`t have anyone available to run the gas out of the car and they can`t drain or siphon it out so they asked to drive it home for a couple days to get it down to 3/4. In turn they said we didn`t have to worry about replacing the gas in the loaner.
That was a week ago and they have yet to call and tell us what it going on with our car. I will never buy another Hyundai and I will never do business with any GO/Autonation dealership again!!! BEWARE!!!

Appointments Means What?
After having dropped off my car for an Appoinment at 8 AM this morning I have been stuck all day. At 1 oclock I called to check on the status. It was explained to me that at GO, an appointment means that it will be serviced as time permits. Walk in and Waiting cars take priority!. The service tech then asked me when i needed the car back. I responded as soon as possible, when will it be done? `Oh, were taking i... view moret in right now!` I cried bull, thats an awfully large coincedence!...."oh no sir..." `I don`t beleive you. Do not do any work on my car, I will take it someplace else where customers are desired and appreciated.` Guess where i found my car when i arrived 15 minutes later. That`s right, same place as I left it, never moved!

The Mazda Dealer Rip-Off
Brian the manager, will cheat lie and steal from you. Raul, is the worst salesman ever! Lies, lies lies! I thought that dealership honesty was important at the "Go" locations... but I was wrong.
I have waited over 6 months for promises made at closing.
The Mazda is a good car, but I will never do business w/ this dealership again... there is another in town that I would trust first, and many car deals righ... view moret now to think about before visiting this place.
Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Changing the contract
I just recently purchased a new car from these guys off 104th and Federal. When I was purchasing the car I was running late for work so we had to sign the paper work later on in the week. When I went in to sign the papers it was a good thing that I check everything over to make sure that I was getting the deal we agreed on. After a quick review I noticed that they had added in an extra $1500 worth of extras. I would not recommend these guys to anyone I personally think that that is a very bad sign of how HONEST they really are.
