What great service. I know they were overwhelmed today with a huge snow storm predicted for the weekend but they were up front that it would be a few hours before they could install my snow tires. I was able to leave the car and true to their word, a few hours later they called to tell me my car was ready. They are always helpful, smiling and the best part - there was no charge. Good Customer Service and Product

I got my tires here intially and had nothing but a good experience with this location. The product quality was fine, the road hazard warranty was honored, and the service was always excellent.

Unlike another location this one did not ever reccomend uneccesary or overprice needed mechanical work that they found. I highly reccomend this location if you are in the Basalt area.
