I assume Ace Towing drivers work on

I assume Ace Towing drivers work on commission. Because, from direct experience, they mis-represented the options available to a AAA member. They mis-informed a customer about the true cost of their advice. They overcharged ($225) for what should have been a 4.4 mile tow service. And to add insult to injury, they make it very difficult (and expensive) to retrieve your vehicle after the tow service. Details: A... view moren officer onsite called Ace Towing Enterprises for towing my son`s vehicle after an accident. The tow truck driver argued with him and ultimately misrepresented the truth about the cost of towing the car home versus taking it back to his shop. He was able to convince my son (20) that they would do a free estimates and taking it to their auto shop was the better choice since AAA would reimburse him to get it towed to the house after the estimate was done. It was explained to him as the lesser cost option...something fairly important to a student working part time. Buyer beware: That advice turned out to be wrong and deceitful. They towed it to a place where they charge $25/day for storage. The car should have been towed to his home as he requested more than once. Home was 4.4 miles away from the site of the accident. I`d guess $75 max. It gets worse tho. And I`m dealing with them right now: Getting the car out of storage before they charge my son. And the amount of red tape required to retrieve his property was about as hideous and painful to deal with as a trip to the DMV at the end of the month. The DMV at least has a website! For payment and for ID purposes, they only accepted fax. Really? 2012 and you only accept a fax? OK -- so after receiving a fax of his driver`s license, they tell us they couldn`t read and thusly didn`t accept as proof of his identity to retrieve his car. That`s fair and understandable, BUT they didn`t call back to tell us that...they just waited. Presumably, unmotivated to help a customer avoid that $25/day charge. I suppose it probably would have been fine, if we wanted them to fix the car, or if someone else was paying these bills, but they seem to make money with under-handed back-alley tactics and take advantage of people when they are vulnerable. If you have an option, call someone else. If you this group of buffoons arrive to help you when you need it most, don`t trust anything they say... Ace Towing = Charlatans

I found Ace Towing to be the most

I found Ace Towing to be the most professional towing company I`ve ever dealt with. The drivers were friendly, courteous and took care of my vehicle as if it was their own. Too bad, other company`s don`t provide the same level of service at ALL levels. Thumbs UP !!!

DONT EVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING, VERY INEXPERIENCED, THEN THEY TAKE IT OUT OF YOU BY CHARGING YOU PER HOUR.
VERY OVER PRICED!
HAD A TRUCK DRIVER LOAD A WRECKED TRUCK IN THEIR YARD, TOOK THEM 5 HOURS, WHICH IS USUALLY A 1/2 HOUR JOB IF SOMEONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE ALL YOU HAVE LEFT! EVEN IF ITS NOTHING! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER.

Ace is the best!!

My car breaks down last night. Of course it is raining cats and dogs. So I found Ace online and called, the driver was pulling up as soon as I had hung up the phone. I was soo happy, I worried someone may hit me with the rain and limited visability. Let me say Alex is the greatest!! He had my car hooked to his truck and taken to my house. DON`T CALL ACE!!!, Unless you want to be LEFT HIGH AND DRY!

Long story short, if you value your vehicle and your time CALL ANOTHER COMPANY! I used my AAA membership to call a tow truck for my Ducati motorcycle in the Denver area and they sent me a clown from Ace Towing. The driver came out and i could tell he had a bad attitude right off the bat. We put the bike on the flat-bed and he tells me he is going to strap my rear wheel with a chain. I told him that i wouldn`t allow t... view morehat around my Italian, forged aluminum Marchsini rim. Next, we go to strap the front, he says ""can i strap it around this?"" he points to my ohlins precision steering damper. I tell him no that`s a precision instrument not meant for stress. Then he goes to strap around my fork leg and around my hydrolic brake line. I tel him that he his going to kink my line if he does it that way. Clearly the guy didn`t know what he was doing, and had none of the equipment required for this job. At this point he threw up his hands and had a tantrum like a child and told me to get another truck and left me on the side of the road! I have never had such a bad experience with a tow company. Your already having a bad day and who wants to put up with incompetence and be left to wait for another truck on the side of the road? The driver name was Salvitore or something like that. A short man with crooked yellow and brown teeth. And the supervisor at Ace wasn`t any help, he seemed like he had the same attitude as the driver with sub-par intelligence. Then I got a guy from All Points Towing by the name of Don T. He knew exactly what needed to be done and had the equipment to do it with a good attitude. Call All Points Towing Instead.

Larry is the most professional driver I have ever met. If you ever have to have your car towed He is the guy you want doing it. Very nice and curtious.
