I would give them a six star r...

I would give them a six star rating if it were an option. We were vacationing in Gunnison pulling a 5th wheel with a F250. The truck had already broken down twice in New Mexico and while it had been "fixed" at a Ford Dealership and a Diesel Shop, it still wasn`t able to pull the camper without breaking down. Not only did Tom identify why the truck wasn`t working properly, he identified the root cause (so... view moremething Ford and the diesel shop missed) and then fixed it. While his technical expertise is greatly appreciated, Precision really shines in the customer service area. They treated us like family, letting us "camp" in their parking lot, loaning us a car and even recommending some site-seeing drives, places to eat and even a secret fishing spot or two. Everyone was great but Lisa Marks has to be mentioned as the one who set the gold service standard. While everything about Gunnison is great, my wife and I laughed that one of our best memories of this trip will be having our truck (finally) fixed at Precision Automotive.

Great Service.

My wife and I were on vacation and passing thru Gunnison on a Saturday about noon when we discovered that we had a huge nail sticking into the sidewall of one of our tires. I looked up tire service on my iphone and drove to two different places but they were closed on Saturday. We then drove to Precision Auto but the sign on the door said that they were closed. I happened to notice that one of the side overhead doors... view more was open so I walked inside and Steve Landry was there working on a car. He said that they were closed but when I explained my problem, he offered to repair the tire. Once he had the tire off the wheel, he determined that the tire had additional damage and could not be repaired. He looked through all of his inventory, both new and used, until he found a tire that was close to the right size. He mounted and balanced the tire and had us back on the road in a short time. Also, he charged me a fair price for the tire and did not charge extra for after-hours service. Steve Landry is a very nice friendly man and we really appreciate his help. I highly recommend Precision Auto of Gunnison.
