These guys are some of the most standup guys I have dealt with in any business, but especially cars! They always make every effort to stick to their bid, make solid grounded decisions about what is needed for your vehicles repair or alteration and do the job right! We have strongly recommended them to a number of our friends and our family. Without hesitation I recommend these guys in regard to their expertise and in... view moretegrity!

This was the worst experience ...
This was the worst experience I have ever had with any specialized automotive maintenance company. It first began when I started calling around town to get estimates on some work I wanted to have done on my vehicle. I spoke to a man over the phone, at Bullhide, for quite a while, and we came up with a price that I was satisfied with. This was the determining factor for me, not only because the price was right, but be... view morecause they seemed as though they would stand behind their work. Little did I know that after all of the work was said and done I would have a bill that was almost twice as much as the original price quoted to me. When I brought this to the attention of the man I had spoken with on the phone I was asked if I had anything on an official paper stating the agreement. I said no, and was rebutted with him saying that he doesn?ˆ™t remember speaking with me. They wouldn?ˆ™t budge on this newly acquired price, so I ended up paying. This is not the only issue I have had. The next issue began when I decided to put some highway miles on my vehicle a few days after they had worked on it. While on the road I ran over a small bump, and my vehicle began to shake violently causing me to swerve into a ditch to avoid harming anyone. When I called to inquire about the issue I was told to bring it in and they would look at it. I later found out that the person working on the vehicle had forgotten to tighten my track bar. When I brought my car in to have them fix the issue they tried, but now there is a strange grinding noise that was never present before, and the violent shaking caused me to blow out a ball joint seal. When I brought the vehicle in a third time I was told that there was no grinding noise that they heard, but they could fix my ball joint for $300. They gave me no price break, even though it was their error. I still have the grinding noise today, and will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.

CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is an absolute rip off. I took my pickup in for a ton of modifications including new clutch, lift kit, wheels tires and brake job. When i picked up the truck I was Informed that they put the wrong clutch in. I had asked for one by part number and for a certain HP rating. For some odd reason they felt the need to addlib and use the parts that they deemed neccessary. I w... view moreas then told to run the clutch and if it didnt hold up they would warranty it, no questions asked. After it slipped the first time I took it in, they claimed it was ok . The second time (13 months after install) they informed me that it was out of warranty. They said that they would try to warranty it but they wanted me to pay $2,200 and they would try to get my money back. I then explained how I was not going to put the risk onto my shoulders alone and they then asked for $800 even though the parts differance was only apx $300. I gave them the $800 and they put the correct clutch in (I hope) and never heard from them again. I called Scott (the owner) and he said they they have not heard from Lucas about the clutch and basically is just keeping my money!

On top of all of this, after picking my truck up the first time. I drove to Denver to pick my 3 year old son up. After returning one of my friends noticed that the nuts to the arm that connects my front axel to the truck was not attached to the bolt. This Mistake could have killed both me and my son. This kind of gross negligence is unexceptable and down right dangerous.

Once again If you value your equipment and your life DONT GO HERE. there are many other reputable 4x4 shops around.
