Really? Qualified? I don`t think so!
The Firestone on N Academy has great service--used them once. This review is really for the Firestone located off Woodman and Rangewood.
I bought a new set of rims and Bridgestone tires for my BMW X5. When I set-up the appointment I was clear that the wheels and tires where staggered (9"" on front and 10"" on rear). When I dropped it off I told them again that the wheels and tires are staggered. When I w... view moreent back to pick the vehicle up, something didn`t look right. They had it all ""jacked up"". They had mounted a front tire on a rear rim, rear tire on a front rim. They also had put a front rim and rear rim on the front and a front rim and rear rim on the back. UGGGGHHHHHHH! They apologized for this mistake and wanted to make it up to me with a free oil and filter change--WTF! Like I would trust them to get that right! I wouldn`t have been so pissed if I hadn`t told them two separate times that they wheels and tires are staggered. Then, to add more fuel to the fire, I had to wait another 3 hours to fix/undo what they had done--why? Because other customers were now ahead of me. Can you believe that crap! I told the story to a co-worker, who said her husband had a very bad experience there. I had to laugh while sitting in the customer waiting area reading all the signs that fool you into thinking that all their techs are trained and certified. AVOID THIS FIRESTONE! Go to the one on North Academy instead.

See Bernard
Girls, don`t hesitate to take your car to Firestone. I used to work for Goodyear so I know the tricks and the real deal. Firestone on Academy is honest and will save you money. Go in, see Bernard, walk out happy. I don`t know what else to say. He shoots straight and tells you what your car needs. My husband takes his car to these same people and told me to take my car here. They saved me a boatload of cash over ""oth... view moreer"" folks including other Firestone stores!
