NO GOOD AUTO SHOP

I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A TOTAL DIAGNOSIS. FIRST OFF IT COST ME $80 AND IT WAS INCOMPLETE. WHEN I LEFT IT WITH THEM IT HAD ALL THE LUG NUTS, WHEN I RETOOK POSSESSION ONE OF THE WHEEL STUDS WAS STRIPPED AND MISSING A LUG NUT, WHEN INQUIRED ABOUT THEY CLAIMED IT WAS ALREADY MISSING. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE HAND WRITTEN NOTES BY THE MECHANIC, I NEVER RECEIVED. Horrible rip off!!!

Avoid this place! They are nice don`t get me wrong but they way over charge and I think they actually turned my Subaru into a lemon. I had one problem with the steering wheel fluid and they said they`d fix it. A couple months later that same thing broke again so they replaced it and then said the hoses also needed to be replaced. Last night scheduled an appoin...

Last night scheduled an appointment at 9am for two cars to be have a simple oil change. Arrived at 8:50 on the 20th of July. By 10:00 only "one" car was being serviced, before when you had an appointment you arrived and car was normally taken right in for service. I left with just one car at 10:30am, my husband walked outside at 10:00 am and his car was "still" where he had parked it at 8:50am. As... view more I was inquiring the sales clerk went to the back to find out what was going on, she returned and informed me that my car was almost done and that they could get my husbands car next. I told her to forget it- I finally pulled out at 10:30 am an hour and a half for one car. Also they charged me for the oil change on "two" cars when only one had been done. I informed the clerk and was told that "she was new and she was in training". Wonder how many other people have "not" noticed this on their bill. Will never take my cars back to Aspen, my husband was a frequent customer there since 2009!!!!!

Great Customer Service?ˆ??ˆ?

I would rate Aspen a five star just for customer service and their outstanding guarantee--they guarantee both parts and labor! I`ve always received friendly help and advice that is specific for my car. Basically, I just feel that Aspen is a cut above other places and does awesome work. Great Automotive Repair Service

I have taken my car to Aspen Auto Clinic several times now and am always impressed by them. Their waiting room and clean and the staff friendly, they are honest in evaluating present repairs and addressing maintenance issue to avoid future problems. Great Service

I have Aspen Auto Clinic, who was Aspen Coachworks when I started using them to service my Volkswagens. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I strongly recommend them to anyone.

Horrible Service

I took my car in to these guys. They were rude to start with. Being a woman is hard going into any auto repair, but these guys were ridiculous. They did not fix my car and did work without calling me first. My car broke down the next day. They offered to fix it, but I was so upset I just took it somewhere else. I hate the feeling I had going into this Aspen. How rude.
