Mr Jeff Baca, how did you ever manage to get a man like Otis to oversee your finance department. PEOPLE BEWARE THE WRATH OF OTIS THORNTON. He is quick to anger and I recommend NEVER TO FINANCE A CAR HERE. You will be spoken at, not too and clearly Otis thinks we as buyers are all sheep

They are snake oil salesmen. I...
They are snake oil salesmen. I went to go look at a 2009 Suzuki SX4 and test drove it and found a few things that needed fixing etc. The salesman was finishing a deal so we agreed I would go back the next day. So I had time to research my cars value etc. I was hoping in to trade in my car brought my KBB printout of its value. My car was worth 8500$ and they offered me 5000$ what an insult then they would not even bud... view morege on the price on their car at all. I had also asked to see the car again because I did not see a GPS system in it when I drove it but they swore it was in there. I was originally told by the salesman that the car was 119XX (we did not discuss the last 2 digits) when I went back in the next day it was 124XX I did get them to drop the price they told me initially, but that is the only thing they did. The manager is a jerk and is condescending towards his customers. Never again I will keep buying privately and save my money in the long run.

Top notch dealer and deal
I was a little nervous about going to the dealership for the usual "battle" that takes place when you buy a new vehicle. But boy, was I ever wrong when it comes to Denver Suzuki! They made the whole process not only easy, but a lot of fun too! The owner, Jeff Baca, was at the store and was eager to make sure my wife and I were comfortable with every step of the sale. (If you can believe it, he even bought c... view moreoffee and brought it to us!!!) William Reynolds, the salesman, was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely knowledgable about the products and never pushy. He just made sure we had all the facts to make our own decision. (I won`t spoil it, but ask him to show you the tattoo on his leg!)
Justin, the General Sales Manager, also made sure we didn`t feel like the proverbial "sheep" about to be shorn. He came right out and introduced himself to us as soon as we finished the test drive to make sure all was going well.
What a great team! And you know how after you say yes to a deal, you feel like you have to start all over when you get to the finance guy? Well not here! Otis Thornton, the Finance Director, was wonderful to work with. He simply explained all our options and let us decide what we wanted to do without putting any pressure on us at all.
From start to finish, this was by far the best experience I`ve ever had at a car store. You can bet I`ll be back and also recommend them to anyone I know!
