Let me start by saying it is my own fault for letting it happen. I came in to look at a car that i was lied to about..i was told it was in excellent condition but later (after purchase) found rust. like i said, my fault for not checking better but doesn`t change the fact they lied. next the salesman was pushy. the only reason i stayed is because i needed to get rid of my wife`s car fast and i let myself get talked i... view morento a "quick" offer. Hours later i left with the car and pulled onto I25 only to hear a whining noise. I called the next day and they told me to bring it in. The problems multiplied from there. It was a transmission issue they claimed to know nothing about so either they lied again or they don`t do proper inspections on the cars they receive. Against better judgement I only got up to 45ish in the test drive. After taking forever to fix the car (week or so) I call to pick it up and they tell me I can`t because there is a fuel leak. I finally pick up the car to notice when sitting at a stop light fumes enter the car, there is a hole in the carpet, the floor mats are not even for a subaru and the wiper blades are messed up... I started the buying process in the beginning of January. It is 20 Feb. and it was just finished today. This thing has been a nightmare. The only reason I didn`t get a lawyer is because the car will be payed off in two months and frankly I just don`t have the time for all that. I will say they helped pay for the transmission repair but I don`t think it was out of kindness (they hadn`t gotten paid and I have no doubt with a lawyers help I could have canceled the deal). The owner seems nice but I can`t tell if he`s just good at selling himself or what. He did buy me a sandwich..So overall, they tried to sell me a car for 13 (kbb`d 12,6 in excellent) that was worth about 9. Lied to me, and had me make a 2 hour trip a few times (thankfully I enjoy long drives). I wouldn`t buy from there ever again. If you are considering it I advise clearing an entire day to give the car a full and thorough inspection and test drive. (I recommend cleaning the car because that`s when you notice everything) also have a mechanic (not theirs) look at it. And if they are pushing the car on you, it is likely for a reason and not a reason that benefits you. Also the buy cars from auction. Cars are in auction because they are pieces of crap or have been owned by pieces of crap(people who sell drugs, don`t pay bills causing seizure of prop. Etc). Not saying all the cars there are bad, just saying do your research and take time to check the car and have it checked. BOTTOM LINE: I will never buy there again and if you are considering it, be VERY CAUTIOUS. (Forgive the grammar and errors..doing this from an iPad)
