Buyer Beware. Anytime you purchase a used car you must go over it with a fine tooth comb because once you buy it. Its your problem. Here is no different. Just because its a "SHARP" ride does not mean its a reliable one. If you can`t resist one of those just waxed cars or those 20 in chrome wheels deal with Luke. attention attention attention!!!! never go to the sharpest rides to buy a vehicle...i brought my car on in march 30th and on may 27th my engine light came on and its $1,800 to fix...and they won`t fix it!!!!!!!!!! i just made my first car note on the 15th of may and now my tags are due and have to put 1,800 into a vehicle that i didn`t have for 60 days yet!!!!! i never in life go to them again!!!! very expensive less... view moreon learned!!!!

great experience and highly recommended

We bought a 2001 mercedes here and the next day the radiator cracked on us, I called and talked to kevin himself, he had the car picked up at our house, towed to the shop and fixed for us immediately. I thought after reading these reviews they would tell us to beat it. Most dealership`s would have said sorry your on your own, as is no warranty. I was very impressed and greatfull! Here at the sharpest rides we are a high volume store and we move cars quick. it usually takes up to 48 hours for a posting to be removed on any site that`s why we recommend customers to check out our website directly for the most up to date inventory listing or call in advance just to make sure the car is available. Company posts phony ads on Craigslist featuring cars that they don`t have (or no longer have) to get you on their lot. In my case it has been Navigators and Escalades posted to craigslist. I`m sure it`s whatever you are looking for. Saw 2-3 ads that look great and decided to go down. None of the cars were there, nor was there any evidence that they had been there any time recently despite Craigslist ads being ... view moreposted on that same day. Salesman tries to steer me to cars they actually have in stock and when it becomes clear that I am only interested in the cars I had seen advertised on Craigslist, tries to concoct story that those cars are at the sister dealership on 2400 s. broadway. I go to the other dealership and they do not have the cars either, that salesman tries to tell me that they are at " the sharpest rides" lot I had just left ( after seeing that I didn`t want to look at other cars ). I told him that they had just sent me to him and he promptly tells me to "look around" and is never heard from again. I think these phony ads are posted to get customers on the lot "bait and switch". Lots of reviews online for this outfit. Well over 100 on the google reviews alone, unfortunately about 30 of them are posted by a salesman named Spencer ( it`s obvious if you read them ). This tends to throw off their rating, which despite this ballot stuffing still grades out at about a C minus overall.

This is the WORST place to buy...

This is the WORST place to buy a vehicle. After driving 2 hours after being pre-approved for a Expedition. We get there and they cant FIND the car-Which is very poor serivce, as I told them that we will be traveling with our 10 month old and its 100 degrees outside. Flaky. They will make promises...

Flaky. They will make promises to fix things, but even given over a week, they will not do so. Liers. If you point out a problem they will say that is how it is supposed to work. Chop shop. They can`t fix anything and they over charge. Advice...stay away.

He had the shop guys pull the truck on a lift so I didn`t have to craw around on the ground.
