NIce guys finish low on my recommendation list.

I chose Perry & Terry because of the great reviews `on line`. When I took my car in for repair I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the office staff (Joe & Tessa) and thought I`d picked a great place. I was told it would take 2 weeks for the repair of my car. In actuality, it was over 4 weeks before I got my car back. During that time I did receive a few friendly calls from Tes... view moresa telling me about the delay, but there didn`t seem to be any concern on the part of anyone else that I was without my car for so long past the promised date. At the very least, a call from the General Manager (Sam) or Office Manager (Joe) would have been appropriate. When I FINALLY picked my car up, the impression I got was that this kind of delay was somewhat common, and no offer was made for some type of concession. Thankfully, it appears they did a nice job on the repairs. I`d give Perry & Terry a good rating on quality of work, but their indifferent attitude and lack of ability to keep their promised time commitment, or even come close to it, will most likely prevent me from returning, should I ever need auto body work again.

Over the top!

I just left P and T and could not be more pleased with the work they had completed as well as the professional care that was taken to explain the entire process. They even detailed the entire car. Looks better than when I first purchased it. Excellent from start to finish.

Very Pleased

When my car was a victim to a hit & run in a wal-mart parking lot (who figures). I decided to drop by Perry and Terry to see if it was worth the hassle of going through my insurance. I was very appreciative of the fact that they took the time to talk over the entire process with me so I was more confident as well as knowledgeable with it. School Van`s best friend and socially conscious too

Our school van has gone through a lot in its 12 years of operation including lots of sweaty kids returning from outdoor adventures, the occasional scratch in the parking lot and vandalism in the form of permanently inked names on fabric seats. Thank God for honest people

I was hit in a parking lot and had to run the claim through my insurance. The staff at Perry @ Terry Auto Body was very helpful and explained the process to me and told me how to deal with my insurance company. If it wasn`t for them I would have been totaly lost in this situation. Once I had my claim set up they took care of every thing from there. Very Impressed

When some morons in my neighborhood decided to go around and destroy cars, I didn`t know the first thing to do. My car was left scratched and undrivable. I had no clue about the process or the first thing to do. I ended up going to Perry and Terry because they are very close by my house and walking through the doors was like a breath of fresh air. The customer service was awesome and friendly, and they had my car t... view moreowed in and set up my rental. The process was so quick and hassle-free. They even kept me updated on why my car wasn`t starting (due to the massive amounts of sugar dumped into my gas tank). They worked with my insurance company and made sure it was as stress-free as possible. Hopfully I won`t have to go to a body shop in a while, but if I do I will definantly be going back the Perry and Terry.

All things considered...

In retrospect all the problems, delays and waiting was worth it. P&T AB did a great job and my car looked brand new after they were finished. I`d give them Five Stars but there were several delays and parts problems. Not their fault but still...

best service ever

Awesome job. The shop toke care of everything for me. They set up the tow, rental and billed the insurance, and when the job was done it was the highest quality of repair I have ever had. My car looks great.
