I took my popup trailer to the...

I took my popup trailer to them because the lift system was giving me trouble. After SIX WEEKS they told me they tried it out and it worked fine. Picked it up, paid them $45 &quot;diagnostic fee&quot;, took it home. Tried popping it up and it was still giving me grief. Had to use two hands to put it DOWN! Spent an hour taking apart the lift winch and I figured out the problem and fixed it myself. The jo... view morekers at 5-Star RV took my money and but did absolutely NOTHING for it. I`m convinced that they never bothered to operate it because if they had they would have had the same trouble I did. RIP OFF! UPDATE 8/7/13: Five Star graciously refunded my $45 diagnostic fee plus a little extra for my trouble. Upping my review to 3 stars for their making amends for my bad experience.
