These guys will take care of you (and your cars.)
Brought in a Ford Explorer and a Hyundai Sonata and they did a great job of looking over the cars and only doing the work that was required. The best part was that they went over and above what I expected and usually receive as far as customer service. They walked me through all the work they did and gave me their opinion about condition, cost, necessity and helped... view more me understand what was happening with my autos.
I`ll go back. Feel free to shop around and you might find some of the chain stores with lower prices but you won`t receive the kind of service and dedication (and expert knowledge) that you`ll receive from Larry, Dean and Dan.
Thanks again.

Miss diagnosed which cost me $1500
First of all I do believe it`s a good shop overall. They treated me well except the they replaced a lot of stuff that didn`t need to be replaced which cost me $1500 of money that did not need to be spent.
The KNN airflow system became lose and disconnected to the mass airflow sensor. The engine just shuts down because the computer becomes confused thinking it does not have air. All it takes is to reattach the... view more airflow system - just a clamp. I did not know these were disconnected because I was not under the hood or with the vehicle when it died.
Anyway, instead of just reattaching the airflow AND THEN testing it, the tested it with the airflow detached.
I have had two other repairs since then but went to other shops because my trust is shot in them.
I emailed with my complaint and got not one call back. It`s one thing to make a mistake but another to not care.

I knew I needed brakes, and they did a brake replacement in a few hours. They also found a couple minor issues which were going to become major, and resolved them before I got stuck on the road somewhere. They ended up saving me a lot of money in the long run. Thanks for all your help.

I saw great reviews for this place, so I gave it a try for the first time today. I couldn`t be more pleased! They offered me a very fair price to have my break pads swapped out (they didn`t charge me the typical $200 up charge for being a "girl"). I was charged exactly what they quoted me, and they didn`t try to sell me on anything else. Dean, thank you! You`ve got a customer for life...

The shuttle service was definitely a plus when I came here. I dropped off my car before work and the shuttle then took me to my office. It`s a very convenient service especially if you like me and have no one that can pick up or drop you off. My car was finished by the time I got off work and the guys working there were so nice. I appreciate everything you guys do.

My car finally got old enough to start needing to smog it. I took it to Checkpoint Auto and they were quick and affordable. Luckily my car passed but I will definitely be taking it back next time.

The key slot to my car was broken on the driver side. I always have to go to the passenger side to unlock it, because I don`t have a fancy remote for my car. It was getting a little annoying so I decided to take my car into Checkpoint Automotive. Everyone was very friendly. The price given was affordable, and best of all they always have promotions that you can find on their website.

I took my car to Checkpoint Auto after finding some great coupons on Valpak.com. Needed to get some brake work done and went ahead with the tune-up oil change for my own piece of mind. I dealt with Dean and felt that he was professional and informed me of what he would be doing with my car.
