Massa Auto Pawn was founded in 1990 by Michael and Deborah Massa. Prior to starting what became Colorado?ˆ™s largest auto pawn, Michael was in the auto glass business for 27 years. (Remember Massa Glass, Inc.?) We were first attracted to the idea of starting an "auto pawn: after learning there is a large segment of our society who do not deal with banks and have short term need for large amounts of cash. The first location was opened at 10th and Cherokee St. in Denver and by 1995 we had grown to 4 metro locations as well as locations in Pueblo and Colorado Springs. We want everyone to know what an "auto pawn" is and why it could be the best place for you to get large amounts of short- term cash. Since some vehicles do not get picked up, Massa has also become the best place to buy a moderately priced used car. Many people have an image of a pawn shop as a dark, filthy place where it might not be safe to go. This does not apply to an "auto pawn" and certainly not to Massa Auto Pawn. Massa?ˆ™s locations are bright and clean used car dealerships where we also pawn cars, trucks, motor cycles, RV`s, boats and jet skis.We also want everyone to know that we sell all types of vehicles because we pawn all types of vehicles. Cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, jet skis and motorhomes are on display at all Massa locations. Massa has even offered sail boats and heavy equipment like dump trucks and front end loaders for sale. Various trailers for motorcycles, horses and utility types are also available. Many current customers say Massa Auto Pawn is the best kept secret in the used car market because of the great deals they got and because of the finds they made on items they didn?ˆ™t know Massa offered for sale. horrible service and rude people

This place was far beyond unsatisfactory. I brought my car in and they barely spent any time looking at it. All i heard from inside the waiting room was banging and i was very worried considering i couldn`t see anything they were doing. They brought it out and told me what was supposively wrong. I called back later after i had talked to my car`s manufacturer. I compared what they told me with what Nichols said. The w... view moreoman on the phone (owner or the shop) contradicted herself from what she said earlier. I questioned that, and she insisted that she was right in a very rude way. Then, she started yelling at me over the phone!! Saying that she could tell my car was junk when i was driving up and that she didn`t even have to look at it to know it had problems. She said that my car was a POS and that it should be scrapped. I have never dealt with more unprofessional people in my entire life! I found out later that she is PREDJUDICE AGAINST FOREIGN CARS. my advise to you is DO NOT GO HERE! The owner is rude and self opinionated! and they obviously do not care about their customers or quality of service
