Watch yer back! Here is how they operate: The price on the rear view mirror is what they intend to get from you. They will negotiate, do the back and forth, offer and counteroffer stuff, and will settle on a price with you that is $500 less than the price on the rear view mirror. RIP OFF SERVICE DEPARTMEN

Do not take your car here to be serviced. You will find yourself like me being OVERCHARGED for scheduled maintance. Paid 100.00 to have rear fluid changed on Honda CRV. Something that took all of 5 min to do and fluid that only cost 25.00. GO TO ANOTHER HONDA DEALER!!!

Never again

Paid 50K for a new 2010 Acura MDX. Good thing it`s such a great car and didn`t need a sales person to convince me to buy it. Steve--don`t call a woman you don`t know ""Hon""--it makes a statement right then and there and Matt, don`t tell me the roof rack and mat were at cost--the internet proved you wrong. Typical salesmen. Thank goodness I have the local Planet Honda to bring my car to....or Flatirons Acura....

Horrible service, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I`d be ashamed to ever have my name associated with this dealership. Brought in a car for a clutch and 12mos and 9000 miles later they wouldn`t stand by thier service or product. Have heard from various other people horror stories as to the same lack of service. Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice and shame on me.
