Bought Car - Paid for a Part - Part Never Went Into My Car

I purchased an SLK in September. After a pre-purchase inspection I did with MB of Denver turned up some issues, I worked out a deal with Jud Maddox to repair many items at my cost for parts and their cost for labor. I asked for the receipts for the parts and was promised them but never got them. After making a half-dozen requests I still have not received them. Now I think I know why. At least one of the parts I paid... view more for was never installed. I discovered this after having my vehicle re-inspected. Now I`m having to send a certified letter advising them of the need to correct or meet me in Small Claims Court. Such a hassle and it`s too bad. I thought I had found a reputable dealer with whom my family would do business (we have several MB in the family).
