Horrible!!

I cannot believe this place, not only was the man at the front desk extremely rude to me every time I talked to him on the phone as well as went in they took all day to change three belts on my car!! My dealership has done it before in two! If you are a woman I would stay as far away from this shop as possible. It seems to me they have absolutely no concern for you wants or needs at all, the first time I called I ask... view moreed the gentlemen on the phone how much it would cost for changing the three belts, and I told him the model, year, make and which belts needed to be changed he said he couldnt tell me he would have to see it first, and I tried to make an appt and he said just bring it in at eight. Now the day I brought it in after waiting 8 hrs for my car I called them and asked what the hold up was and they tell me they had to order the belts from Denver! Your telling me all of this could have been avoided by you actually setting an apt with me and listening to what I needed and maybe ordering it the week before when I called?!!!!The dealership might be a little overpriced, but at least they have brains and can get your work done in a timely manner. If you don`t have time to waste, like I don`t, I wouldn`t go here.

GROFF`S- Car Repair you can TRUST

I have a 1996 Mazda 626 that the check engine light has always been ON. After taking the car to other shops and finding out the part was expensive I opted to continue to drive without the repair. After moving to Colorado and having other issues (transmission) I was referred by Cottman Transmission (Academy & Chelton). Another 5 STAR repair Shop to Groff`s Auto Repair. I was always nervous about taking my car to a shop and because of this have done most of my own basic repairs. They are competent , friendly , and back up their warranty work.
