never buy a used car from this dealership. I haven`t made the first payment on my vehicle and it has spent 2 weeks in the shop. The same thing is wrong with it now as the first day I drove it. Bad transmission and and warped bake rotors, they will not fix it. They claim it is a different code. Regardless, it stops pulling going down the interstate and you have to ease over to the side of the road, turn off the engi... view morene, then restart it. I am a disabled elderly lady with two disabled people living with me. I have to depend on the car to go to doctor visits, take them to the day program, etc. I traded my car in and of course, it has already been sold. I can`t afford $3,315 to have it fixed. This is a lemon, but it is the car I was looking for. I never dreamed that I would be sold a lemon. The least they could do would be to either fix it, like they were supposed to have done before I finished the paperwork, or replace it with another Chrysler just like it.
I have called the bank and discussed the problem with them. I wanted them to know that the car they financed was a lemon.
I have talked to the assistant general manager (John Fischer) but I was told that I shouldn`t have bought the car if it was something wrong with it. Well, I thought they had reliable mechanics when I was told they would fix it. I`m 63 years old and I was at their mercy when purchasing this car. They shouldn`t have sold a car that was torn up, especially after I told them something was shaking in the front end, and that the car had quit pulling going up the interstate and I had to pull over on the side and shut the engine off and crank it again. Then on the way back to the dealership, it happened again on the interstate.
I guess I should have known that all they wanted was the money and could care less about the old lady.
They tried to satisfy me with purchasing another car to replace the Chrysler 300 with. Each one was not was I was looking for. I want this one fixed or replaced with one like it.

Courteous and Professional
This was our second new car purchasing experience with Spradley Barr in Fort Collins and also our second with our salesman - Nick Carestia. Each time, my wife and I were treated very courteously and professionally. I contacted John Fischer after looking online at local dealerships. He responded to my email very quickly and then followed up with a phone call. He went to work right away trying to find a car that would be right for me. I thought that I wanted another SUV since I had driven my Lincoln Navigator for 10 years and loved it. However, when I got there I told him I had a rental car since my Navigator was not running. I had rented a Ford Fusion and had driven it for 2 days. I really liked the car a lot and the size was perfect for me. The boys are all grown so I really just needed a car that was lare enough for me to feel comfortable in but not as large as I was use to driving. John immediately started looking on the lot and found a Fusion for me to look at. He showed me all of the features the car had and the sync system was very impressive. I was convinced it was the car for me. John offered to show me other cars but I said no I really wanted the Fusion. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I had was outstanding. The dealership and everyone I came into contact with were great.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased a vehicle from Spradley Bar,
Kenny was helpful and very easy to work with, he spent most of three days with me looking at quite a few cars, I never once felt like he was trying to hurry me in making my decision, he gave straight a forward answers to the questions I had, and if he didnt have the anssers he was on the phone getting them.

I feel we received a fair amount for our trade and a good price on our new vehicle. There was never any pressure and everyone was helpful and friendly. Visited several dealerships, and the people at Spradley Barr were the most enjoyable to work with. I`d recommend Spradley Barr and John Fischer.
