These guys forgot to tighten t...

These guys forgot to tighten the oil plug on my Subaru WRX STi. It finally rattled all the way loose around 200 miles later, causing an immediate loss of oil at highway speed. Needless to say the engine is toasted. They refuse responsibility and now I must take the time and money to enter litigation with them. If you took your car in and they forgot to torque your oil drain plug, perhaps they forget to tighten dow... view moren your oil cap -- or hey, maybe they even just forget to replace the oil... That is how it goes at the JiffyLube. All these things are common place and there are thousands of stories all over the place just like this one. Just do a search on the internet for jiffylube problems and read away. Then decide for yourself if it`s worth risking your vehicle to these clowns.
