Sammythagoon, lied. After the vehicle
Sammythagoon, lied. After the vehicle was unloaded, he got in the car, and drove it into the tow truck. The owner filed a false claim to the insurance and the claim was denied. The moment a vehicle is unloaded, and the keys are handed to the customer, the tow company is no longer liable.
For a tow company to be the top tow provider for over 6 insurance companies with all drivers being wreckmaster certified one h... view moreas to ask this one simple question. "" If one person wrecks there car or there car breaks down and files a false claim against any tow company because that person has no money to have there car repaired, my recomendation is buy a bus ticket and take the bus`.

Would`ve been better off stranded on the side of the road...
After lowering my vehicle partially onto the curb, the driver then proceeded to push my vehicle off of the curb without bothering to move the tow truck. When the front of my vehicle made contact with the rear of his, it crushed the front grille and punctured the refrigerant line. After several calls, I was finally able to speak with the owner. Not only did he refuse to take any part in repairing the damage, he made... view more false accusations and began fabricating a story about how his driver wasn`t involved despite two witnesses who saw his driver pushing my vehicle. He also stated that he would be calling me about the damage to his tow truck. At this point I ended the conversation and alerted my insurance company and my attorney. Keep looking, not matter how badly you need a tow.
