Buyer beware. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer with out getting the exact tems of the purchase on paper even if paying cash, and having the vehicle looked at by a mechanic, do not buy the warranty. They told me they were going to put 80% tires on the car for me since the ones on the car were close to bald. After I payed cash I asked when to come back for the car after they put the tires on, the owner th... view moreen said that was never part of the deal. The heater on the car does not work, and the thermostat they put it in the vehicle was not installed properly. They used a 200 degree thermostat and did not seal it, the car runs real hot and the lack of having a seal causes steam to come out of the housing so I replaced their thermostat with my own which stopped the car from running hot and steam coming out. Overall, I will never go back to purchase a vehicle from them because they do not waranty their work or honor the terms of the sale (which I should have had them write on paper).

We just bought our first family car from them. Must say that me and my wife were very happy with our shopping experience. Our experience was no pressure whatsoever. I have only purchased one car ...

I have only purchased one car at Primera Auto but have the intension of buying my cars from them here on out. I contacted them by sending them an email. I was responded back by Simeon, he is the sales manager/owner. Simeon was able to provide me with all of the information that I needed to make sure the drive up to the store was worth my while. I live in the mountains and did not want to drive across town to get jerk... view moreed around. When we went to Primera Auto a couple of days later, every bit of information they gave me was exact. They were very fair on my trade in and gave me a little better price than I had even seen advertised. That kind of good treatment doesn?ˆ™t happen every day. So after a month of research and shopping several other dealers this small family owned and operated store ended up being the perfect dealer for me.
