Don`t go!

I was hit head on by an All State insured driver, who was cited for careless driving. All State gave me this and another place as the option. This was closer to my home, so I chose them. I don`t know a thing about cars, so when my car was fixed I assumed everything was fine. The steering wheel was off the right some, but I figured it wouldn`t cause any harm, and everything was paid for, so I ignored it. 2 months late... view morer, my tires were bald and I was having to put air in them everyday. My allstate representative wouldn`t respond for two weeks, so I finally took my car into some professionals at Big O. They informed me that my alignment was off, which caused my tires to go bald. I requested reimbursement from All State or Perry for my new tires. This request was denied. Perry and Terry informed all state that my alignment was fine when they had my vehicle, even though I was hit head on. Since I waited a few months, All State denied my request, because they said I could have gone over a pothole, and that was what was causing the problem. My vehicle was bought new and was 2.5 years old with 30k miles when someone ran into me head on. I had no prior problems with my vehicle. Yet Perry and and AllState denied I had any alignment problems and stated it was likely a pot hole. Someone hit me head on going 30 mph, but I guess it was the pothole!

Excellent Service

Backed my car into a stop sign. Orlando gave me an estimate that was spot on. Great, quick service and they did an excellent job. Would trust them again. Really great shop, good customer service, and great job.

Car Body Need Some TLC...Take it to Perry & Terry!

I was stopped at a red light and rear ended. My car was thrown forward into another car, so I ended up with damage to the front and rear of my car. On the recommendation of a friend and my insurance company, I had my car taken to Perry and Terry.

From the time my car was taken to Perry & Terry, I didn`t have to worry about anything. Candice handled everything with the guy`s insurance and Orlando ensured a... view morell the repairs were completed in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, I received calls often during the repair process to update me on the repairs and expected completion date. When the car was completed, ahead of schedule, Orlando walked me through everything that had been repaired or replaced. It was great.

Since that time, my partner`s truck was rear ended and because of the great service I received with my car, we took the truck there to be fixed. Again, we were kept informed of what was happening and the truck was ready as promised.

I would highly recommend Perry & Terry to anyone whose car has body damage and needs some TLC to get it back into good shape. Their staff is caring and committed to giving people the best service possible and giving their autos the best repairs possible. It`s a great place!

Awesome Job at Perry and Terry Collision Center

I was in a terrible front end wreck with my subaru Legacy. My insurance company recommended Perry and Terry Collision and they were dead on with the recommendation. The wreck was so bad they needed to remove the engine and have the engine repaired. I was really worried about how it would look and drive after the repairs. Paint peeling already...

I had some touch up work done Aug 2008. It is now Oct 2008 and the clear coat paint is already chipping and peeling. When I took it in, they claimed they did not paint the spoiler. This car had never been to a body shop ever. They painted it, and won`t take responsibility for the bad work. Won`t EVER go back. Don`t waste your time or money.

Ok service. Poor work quality. Go somewhere else.

I had approx. $1,500 of fixes done after someone ran into my parked car. When I got my car back, the driver`s side door (which was replaced) wasn`t even aligned with the back quarter panel and there was a bend in the door metal that was very obvious in the corner. I pointed this out to the guy who brought me to my car who acted as though he expected me to just drive off without inspecting. Then I had to wait 20 mi... view morens for him to take back and get these OBVIOUS defects fixed.

10 days later the hardware in the same door broke and I was unable to open the door from the outside. I took it in over lunch and they were able to fix it while I waited about 45 mins.

That was one week ago. When I tried to open the same door earlier today it broke again. Needless to say, they`ll be getting an earful for such shoddy work tomorrow when I pay a visit.

I also noticed the next day after I picked up the car the first time, that the door made a clicking noise whenever it went over bumps. Who know what that is and I`m almost afraid to ask expecting P&T to just eat up another hour of my day giving me a temporary fix.

If you have a choice, go elsewhere. You`ll spend extra time getting fixes fixed and Perry and Terry.
