Pros: Great inventory in quality and price, surprisingly so for a used car lot. Cons: Occasional bad attitude from staff Overall: If you don`t mind a little hassle, you can find some great deals here; however, if they are in the wrong they will address the situation as quickly and as conveniently to the customer as possible.

Horrible service, shady sales reps, and

Horrible service, shady sales reps, and overall a horrible customer experience. I looked at their inventory online and saw a few cars i was looking for, (jeeps) and on there it still listed at in stock. I called ahead and told them i would be there in an hour to see them, here are the stock numbers, are these still in? I was told yes. I told them i have been to many lots where they promised they had a car and they... view more would no longer have it so i did not want to spend my money where the first conversation is a lie.. they said no no no, we`ve got it no problem. plus.. it was an hour away, i didnt want to waste gas. Sure enough i got down there in 45mins and sure enough, no cars. all 5 stock numbers, all 5 cars i JUST asked about. I was really disappointed, but the guy said don`t worry we got others, i asked if they were in my price range... NOPE he wanted to upsell me by alot on cars i did not need or want. In my opinion this place is horrible and would never ever, ever, i repeat, EVER GO TO THEM AGAIN. i should have looked at the other reviews before even bothering to go!!! I urge you the SAME!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!... IF YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY THIS IS THE PLACE!!... My wife and I purchased a car from this place... REALLY NICE CAR.. on the outside... 60 miles down the road the HEAD GASKET BLEW!!!... Now they won`t do anything cept tell us to tow it back to their shop so they can fix it at a discount... TOO BAD THE DISCOUNT IS STILL MORE THAN ANY OTHER SHOP and THAT DOESN""T INCLUDE THE PRICE FOR THE TOW!... view more!... now it`s in the shop and I`m spending an additional 1500 to get it back on the road!!... I had it looked at by a shop prior to purchasing but they covered it up so well there was no way of telling what was going on... NOW THEY REFUSE TO HELP AT ALL... and on top... they were the rudest people I ever had to deal with... the manager there is a total jerk... he even threatened to take me to court if I didn`t make the last payment on the car... just becareful and DON""T SHOP AT HAPPY MOTORS... lets just say it`s the unhappiest I`ve ever been buying a car... and I`ve owned A LOT of cars in my life.

purchased an 01 toyota sequoia from them. they decided to lay on the lies about the vehicle. i would NEVER buy from them again and recommend everyone to read the other reviews and stay away from this place. they take cars, put them on the lot without even so much as cleaning them more than a hose down, and resell with lies to make it sound like they are a real dealership. the salesman assured me that there we... view morere no problems with the vehicle, and even after i specifically asked about the 4wd of the suv (which i wanted it for in the first place, the 4wd), he told me that had no problems with it. when it came time to use it, it didn`t even work!!! engaging it on the street while test driving doesn`t say anything about the operation of it. on top of that, he tried to lay on a couple more by saying the tires on it were new when they obviously weren`t, they were just cleaned up and had a lot of tread, they were nearly 4 and 6 years old!. never EVER buy from them, even if you do have a vehicle checked out, you will just waste time finding out all the issues they tried to cover up. HORRIBLE dealership. now it will cost over 2k to fix this transmission

GOOD PEOPLE! GREAT PRICES!

I bought a 2001 Honda Civic in May of this year, this was my first car from a dealership and the experience was great. I did my homework before buying as you should. I got a great car for a great price. I was referred there by a family friend that has been buying cars there for over 20 years.

Definitely better used car dealerships around

I was going to write about how much I do not like this car dealership, but it`s my own damn fault. Really think about buying a car if the salesman says, ""it`s now or never."" Especially if you think there might be a better deal. I dealt with Anthony and Robert, they are both friendly, but theyre out to try to rip you off. I overspent on the 99 Subaru Outback that I bought by around $1000. I hope the one year wa... view morerranty was worth it for $650.

They did try to hide a couple of things from the sale of the car. One of which is that the stereo didnt work and I didnt find out until after the sale when they handed me the keys and the stereo face. This was my first car purchase by myself (no parents), and I think I couldve done better by not going to Happy Motors. Buying a car should be relatively stress free and unpressured by the seller/dealer, and it was not this way at Happy Motors Lakewood.

CAUTION DO NOT SHOP HERE

I recently purchased a 1998 Ford Explorer from Happy Motors that after 10 hours of owning the car was inoperable. They told me they could not figure out what was wrong with the car. After fighting with them they agreed to put me in another vehicle for the same price. I should also mention that when I arrived to pick up the replacement car, the broken Explorer was back for sale on the lot. The new car being a 2004 Bu... view moreick Regal. That car broke down less than two weeks later. They told me that`s what I get for purchasing a used car and that there is always a risk involved with that. They will not give me money back and take their worthless car back. So I am stuck with a vehicle that does not work and I am out 1800. Do not go by the BBB rating on this company because I contacted them with my complaint and they didn`t even log it. I am still financially bound to a car and company that are both worthless. I have tried to contact the owner there isn`t one.
