Ok, but I disappointed with a couple of things

So I did my homework making sure I was getting a good product for a good price. I was shopping for tires, alignment, and oil change. I finally decided on D & D because of the name brand of the tires and the price was within $10 of the nearest competitor but I was getting a better name brand.
I took the car in and was told it would take a couple of hours to get everything done. When it came down to it they had my ... view morecar for seven hours and it cost us a couple hundred more than originally quoted. I know the alignment was bad, but come on. To top it off and what really got me annoyed was the fact that with the oil change they didn`t even top off all of my fluids. I went to use the windshield wiper fluid with this last snow storm and there wasn`t any to use. So much for trying to find the best deal with the best company. Maybe next time I will go with my gut and a big chain store.
