BMW Of Denver Is the BEST IN COLORADO!!
These Guys and Gals really take the CAKE!! I will never go to another bmw shop in Colorado. I walked in and it was bright and welcoming inside. The employees were not STUFFY like the other guys. I bought my first brand new bike there and I am so happy about the whole experience. From Sales to PARTS And APPAREL to Service!!! Do waste your time with the other guys you will regret it!!

Great BMW Motorcycle Experience
I purchased a new F650GS from this store in June. I can`t say enough about the positive experience I had there. Previously I shopped the other dealers in the Denver Metro area and had come away less than impressed. The salespeople at BMW of Denver treated me with honesty and respect, even though I`m pretty young for a BMW customer. Since my purchase I have been back many times and really enjoy the friendly, helpful a... view morend knowledgeable staff.

Poor dealership
Received bad service from BMW of Denver in the past. Poor quality, arrogant technician and no response from service management to my issues. Now in the market for a new bike and their sales people are even worse. They do not know much about any other brands and need more knowledge on their products as well. Bad mouthed other dealers.....really not the way to do business in my opinion.....and then somewhat arrogant in... view more the fact that they are the only ""exclusive"" BMW dealership. This limits them really.... how can you compare??? Look out for their ""free oil"" deal as well...when you dig into the details you find it is only at the major services....you have to ask some hard questions to get these real details. Left me wondering where else they were going to hose me. Anyway received a much higher sales atention and knowledge level from another BMW dealer and took my business there.....even thhough they tried to buy me

less than average service
Service Department gives a less than average job in my opinion. I`ve brought in my bike running fine and left with problems after a routine service. They seem to lack attention to detail. They need to slow down a little and check the small stuff. The customer is your bread and butter.
