I recently purchased a car from Big Bear Motors. So far the vehicle has been great. I was hesitant trying to buy a car with only @$2500 but Eddy found me a vehicle that is working great. Eddy took the time to listen to what I was looking for with my limited budget. The nice thing about the purchase was that they guarantee the emissions. Be careful with this place. Saw several

Be careful with this place. Saw several posts on CraigsList so we thought to go see what was on the lot. None of the cars online were on the lot, but we looked around anyway.

We found one within our budget ($2500) and started to look under the hood. NO oil and NO trans fluid. We asked to have the car turned on and it made a loud ticking noise and the check engine light was on.

We asked the guy walking... view more around the lot what has been done, what will need to be done, has the car been in any accidents, how many owners, and more. He had no answers other than to tell me that they get the cars from auction and put them on the lot. They do not do any work on them or know anything about them.

We tried to test drive the car, but within moving 10 feet, we backed up and parked the car. It made so much noise between the grumble of the exhaust and the squeaking of the front suspension. This car was nothing but junk.

Be warned of this place. After being told they do no maintenance or even basic upkeep or checks on the vehicles they sell, we weren`t going to look at another vehicle on their property. Don`t waste your time here.

DONT BUY A CAR FROM BIG BEAR MOTORS

This is by far the worst company in any category of business I have ever worked with! First I paid cash for the car that had some problems that Big Bear promised to fix. We could never get hold of anyone and had to go down there three times to get it done. Then we toke the car to get the emissions done and it failed and we were informed that this car failed two times before we went. Once again it was impossible to ge... view moret a hold of them and they never called back so we had to go down there. They said they would fix it. Two weeks later I was able to go pick up my car from there mechanics house (cause he works off the street in the geto) I got back to my house with the car and noticed the front head light was broken. When I popped the hood to look at it there was a small screw driver there where the hood slammed it on the light . Fast talking Eddie over there refused to fix the light and could care less after trying to call at least ten times. They are by far the very worst company and people I have ever done business with and I run my own company and deal with hundreds of people a month. BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE BEFORE YOU GET TAKEN BY THEM!!!
