Extremely unprofessional. I called for a quote to have my car towed. The phone operator was hard to understand and their was so much background noise of people laughing it has hard to hear. When I received the quote, I told them I wasn`t interested and the man responded "yeah, whatever" and hung up the phone. Glad I didn`t give them my business. Extremely rude.
