Reviews:
Humm...I read some pretty nasty reviews about this dealership but I did not experience most of it. I did have an appointment at 9am and the sales person Jason was not on time. However, his fellow sales people stepped up to the plate and did ask me if I was being helped. They called Jason who was running late due to mischievous dog at home. Jeremy stepped in and test drove the vehicle I was interested in. By the ... view moretime we got back, Jason was there to apologize and take over. As for the deal and finance department, I thought I did get a fair deal and excellent customer service with no strings attached. I looked over my contract and it was the same as discussed. Scott was nice and friendly, answering all questions. I`m not sure why others has some bad experiences but I went in knowing what my trade-in value was, the vehicle and the deal I was looking for. I did go to Ford to do some comparison shopping. The deal at Ford was better and the truck was cheaper but I have always had a Dodge truck and trust in the quality. The Dodge received better customers reviews and expert ratings plus I got better optionals with Dodge over the Ford. In the end, the Dodge was more expensive but the product is worth every penny and I have no complaints about the deal or dealership.

Exactly what you expect of a car dealer!!!
Friendly faces and warm reception, Sparkling cars and shined used vehicles, tons of extras & discounts thrown in VERBALLY, but not on paper! I should have given them five stars for their cunning, conniving robbery! The salespeople say they make no commission with every sale, the finance guy cuts you a ""deal"".... They`ll make you feel like you got a deal for a few grand extra, because it won`t make it to paper if yo... view moreu don`t read it first. TIP: The extra insurace excludes a ton of stuff, and can`t be easily cancelled. Would give no stars if I could!

Dodge is a scam
Do not buy a vehicle from Colorado Springs. We bought a Nitro and was told it automatically kicks in to four wheel drive. That nitro does not sell anything but four wheel drive come to find out I have a rear wheel drive car after we were specific we would not own a rear wheel. The great news is they sold us the car at a four wheel drive value and now is not worth anything. We bought the car in June and are 15,000 up... view moreside down. We have contacted the bbb but because of the outrages amount of complaints it is taking a long time to process ours. The dealership refuses to make good. Dealing Doug just recenty got his liscence back because it was suspended over the same issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, go to Perkins if you want a dodge!!

Best Purchasing Experience I have ever had
Absolutley outstanding service. I was looking for a Ram pickup and was on a budget. Not only did these guys give me the most for my trade, but they were able to get my payments were I needed them. Their relaxed and easygoing approach made my purchase stress free and extremely easy. Though I made the deal very difficult on my end, they still came through in a big way. Big thanks to Joel, Jeremy and Jason! Go see thes... view moree guys they will take care of you!!!

Dont Buy Anything From this dealership
Don`t do any business with this dealership. They are crooks and dont stand behind what they sell. I bought a used vehicle with low miles and expected a ""certified"" used vehicle to have been gone through with a critical eye. Since then i have had to have some serious work done to it and do you think they would admit that they never went through the vehicle...nope!! I know they never went through it as it had jus... view moret been traded in and even though they say they did they have NO RECORD of an inspection. I even recently brought it in for an oil change and even walmart oil change folks will show you your air filter but not this dealership.
I shoud have read all the reviews prior!! Good luck if you decide to to business with them

Very impressed
I had been trying to sell my truck for about a month and got frustrated and impatient and decided to just trade it in. I new what I wanted so last Saturday, I was reading the used car adds in the paper and COS Dodge had several of them on their lot. I have been taking my truck to them for service for a couple of years and was very impressed with their service department. So I called them and asked for the best salesm... view morean they had and Joel answered the call. He was very friendly and knowledgeable (and by the way, he still is) so I went down there that afternoon. I told him what I was looking for and we test drove three vehicles that I was interested in. I found exactly what I was looking for and drove it home to show my wife. She agreed that this particular vehicle would be a great addition to our garage (and it would fit in the garage, unlike the truck) so we went back to the dealership and by then they had already worked up the numbers for the trade and for the new (to me) purchase. I asked if the deal they were offering was the best they could do for me and Joel asked me what I thought was fair and I said take another $500 off and BOOM! It was a done deal! I felt like we were treated well and was happy with the deal so ZIP! we were off to the finance department where we met Scott Denham who BANG! took care of the paper work like the professional that he is (and friendy too) and just like that, I was driving home in my new (to me) SUV. It was a great experience. I have read a lot of these reviews that other folks have written and most of them are real high ratings. There are a few not so good but hey, mistakes happen, people get grumpy and some people are never satisfied. I would recommend COS Dodge and Joel to anybody asking my opinion.

Colorado Springs Dodge is a Sheisty Dealership
This dealership has the most unethical business practices I`ve ever seen. We agreed to a price on the sales floor then when we got to financing they switched the price without telling me. I was dumb enough to take their word and now they are hiding behind this bogus contract. A classic bait and switch. This is Auto Dealer Fraud and I am suing this dealership. One should not need an attorney present when buying a car.... view more These guys are desperate and willing to do anything to make a sale happen. Anything!! this includes outright lying. I wished I would have looked at the Better Business Bureau Website before deciding on Colorado Springs Dodge. They currently have 28 complaints against them and I will be 29. I encourage anyone that has had to deal with these liars to complain. They only get away with these types of business practices if we lay down and take it. I`m calling an attorney Monday and I`m going to try to take this dealership down.
I am a Veteran of the war in Iraq with over 10 years of faithful service to this country. If I have learned anything from my time in the mlitary its that you have to fight for a just cause. The nature of the world allows for those with resources to push around those less fortunate. In this case we are those that are less fortunate. We CANNOT let Colorado Springs Dodge continue to lie steal and cheat to make a buck.

Stay Away!
After having a completed contract and left, days later they changed the contract almost charging me a hundred dollars more per month. In the mean time they sold my trade in. A really nice Dodge P/U. I could not afford the NEW contract so returned the car. I am a senior and ex. military, Viet Nam Vet. Homeland Security. They care nothing about community.

most unethical dealership around
One of the most unethical dealerships around. And that should say something considering it?ˆ™s a used car dealer.
First, we were told the car that we wanted to buy still had a factory warranty on it. We get to the financing department and find out otherwise. I get up and walk out and said you guys need to find a way to make this right before I buy. They call me back in and said ?ˆ?We will take care of the warranty?ˆ?. La... view moreter I find out that this really meant there going to ?ˆ?add?ˆ? an extended warranty to my loan at MY expense. They felt because the monthly payments didn?ˆ™t go up that would be ok..YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING RIGHT!
Next, shortly after buying the car I called up to cancel the extended warranty. They said ?ˆ?Nope can?ˆ™t do that?ˆ?. I then look at the actual Warrant Contract (which is a 3rd party Warranty provider) and I see they clearly have a Cancelation Policy. I call the dealership back to let them know and they said that it doesn?ˆ™t apply because I signed something else that voids that Cancelation Policy. Long story short, the powers to be at the Warranty Company had to call the dealership personally. And guess what, after that they were happy to cancel my policy. I talked to the General Manager at the dealership about the unethical practices about the Warranty Cancelation policy. He said he didn?ˆ™t see anything wrong and he will continue to turn people away who want to cancel their warranties. I said really ?ˆ?Even after the Warranty Company called you and said what you was doing is wrong and made you give me the refund per there Policy?ˆ?..He said ?ˆ?Yep?ˆ?.
THIS IS THE GENERAL MANAGER PEOPLE!!. The unethical practices start from the TOP down.
On a last note, when we bought the car the Sales person only gave us one key. He said ?ˆ?Don?ˆ™t worry; it?ˆ™s not one of those laser cut/microchip keys. You can just make a copy of it?ˆ?. Of course we later find out this was not true and a 2nd Key would be $200. I talk to the dealership today about this and said ?ˆ?Sorry we can get you one for maybe $150?ˆ??ˆ¦.You GOT TO BE KIDDING.
This dealership will tell you anything to get you out of the door with a Sale. If something was wrong or misleading or anything of the sort, don?ˆ™t expect them to step up and make things right. This is not just a bad experience with one person. I have had communications with at least 10 different people there. Just because there a big dealership don?ˆ™t expect anything different than you would?ˆ™ve got from a ?ˆ?Jim bob?ˆ™s Auto Trader?ˆ? on the corner of Nevada, type of operation.

Extremely Unprofessional
Had an appointment with a salesperson at 12, sat in the waiting room outside of his office for an entire hour. He kept walking right past me and ignored me completely. Finally I got sick of waiting and went to find another salesperson. Three different salespeople walked right past me on the lot. They apparently don`t want any customers. I went to Phil Long Ford and had a great experience there.
