Went there looking at cars and found a used one I really liked. Took it home and left my trade in, was told to come back and sign loan papers in a couple days. Two days later was called by finance person and told I can get in a new car for the same price because of lower interest rate and rebates. They said they had to ship the new car down from Denver and to come back in a few days yet again to sign loan. The day my... view more car came in I was then told that I needed additional money down besides my trade in. I told them I would come and get car (the one I was going to trade in) and that this wasn`t the deal we made. After that everyone was too coward to call me and apologize. Finance guy right out lied and told management we called him and said WE wanted a new car instead of the used one to try to cover up trying to take a sale from his coworker. Bunch of liers and cowards working there. Unethical, unprofessional and greedy. Stay away from that car lot.

Never buy from Phil Long Ford
I would never buy from Phil Long Ford. We spent too much time being jerked around by this dealership. We knew what we wanted, had the specs, desired options, and employee discount information printed out only to be told the car we wanted did not come with those options. Had to show the dealership our research and the print outs from the manufacture web page that the car did come with the options wanted. Several visit... view mores later and further jerking around by the account/floor manager, decided to go with another dealership with absolutely no negative experience. Thank you Heuberger!

Dishonest
I had a very bad experience with the salesperson and the owner. They both misrepresented the vehicle. When I mentioned that the salesperson didn`t state the facts correctly, the owner told me he didn`t care what his salestaff says as long as they sale vehicles. This to me is very distubing that they believe it is okay to lie inorder to sell a vehicle. The owner was very friendly until I bought the vehicle. I had pr... view moreoblems with the vehicle immediately after the purchase and the owner refused to do anything about it. I feel they operate with a criminal intent. They knew what they told me was inaccurate.
