I never review places but this...

I never review places but this was such a bad experience I had to. I went into the parts department yesterday to purchase a diesel fuel filter for my duramax diesel. I walk up to the parts counter and literally waited over 5 minutes despite being seen by the lazy employee when I first walked up. Without saying hi or anything he slowly comes to the counter and asks what I want. So I ask for the fuel filter. He walks s... view morelowly away. Then yelling from his computer he asked me if I way paying via Cash/Check/Charge. Then he slowly returns with the fuel filter and an invoice. They literally wanted to charge me over $59 for this fuel filter. Which every other dealership I have purchased it from along the front range only charged me $30 to $40 dollars. I asked him if there was a price increase on the filter. He rudely answered that they have always been this price. I informed him that I could pick these up for around $30. Without flinching he rudely says "so you don`t want it?". Of course not. Who wants to pay nearly double? You can pick these filters up DIRECTLY from GM online for $31.19 at gmpartsdirect.com so of course I won`t be buying from Mike Shaw anytime soon. What is wrong with these people? Taking advantage of soldiers is what I think this place is about. Typical for a military town. I read a couple other reviews where other employees/staff were just as rude. So unless you are none too smart and you don`t know the value of a buck DO NOT SHOP at Mike Shaw. Shame on you Mike Shaw... Shame.

Will Def Recommend!

Mike Shaw made the process very easy. I saw a car on there website and went down there that day. I didn`t have to haggle with the price because not only were they the cheapest I found, but they gave me a great deal for my trade-in. I was in and out in 2 hours. No REALLY! HAPPY!!!

I`m very happy with my purchase with mike shaw. I purchased a 07 tundra. It is by far the best truck I have ever owned. Their sales men were very understanding and helped get a truck that was in my budget and a monthly payment I can afford AND it did`nt take all day.

The only thing was the starter went out after a few weeks but I called their service department and they came to my work to get the truck and ha... view mored it fixed and back to me at the end of the day.

Best in Colorado!!

I live in Denver and would rarely drive to Colorado Springs to buy car. I saw a BMW online that was hard to find. Not only did they have the car I wan`t but Mike Shaw had it priced right too! Even when I added a warranty I was paying less than I had found in Denver. Definatley worth the drive! I tell all my firneds to make the dirve too.....

Im not happy with these guys

When I purchased my truck two years ago the experiance was great. The sales people , everything. But with the truck I bought , I purchased a warrenty that if I didnt use it after It, when it expired I would get the $ back. They said it would take two months to get the check and its been longer than that. The person that is resposable for the checks has not returned my calls. I feel like ive been HAD!!! Great service and nice salespeople.

I am currently working a deal with Tony Clark and Robert Merrill on my new car. I got bad news about my current car (which was written off as a total loss) and was out looking for a new one when I came across a link to their site for new Pontiacs. I was originally looking for a Chevrolet and had dealt with 4 other dealerships trying to find ""my car"", but newer and it was chaotic. I told Tony that I was interested i... view moren a G6, but the color of the car available and the price was not working for me and then I told him what I was really looking for and he went to Robert and found ""my car"" and they were willing to wheel and deal. They worked the whole process and I feel that I will be satisfied with the end result. I would highly recommend that anyone who is in the market for a new or even a used vehicle visit these gentlemen at Mike Shaw in Motor City! :-)

Best place to buy a vehicle

Extremely nice and professional salespeople. I went in there looking for a light duty truck and after talking to the extremely knowledgeable salespeople I relized that the truck I was looking for was not enough pulling power for what I needed. So I went with a Duramax Diesel and it is great. Thanks sooooo much a ++++++++++++++++++++++ service. I WILL BE BACK TO BUY ANOTHER.
