it is a privelege for me to be able to
it is a privelege for me to be able to write a positive recommendation for Rickenbaugh Collision Center, who recently repaired damage to the rear door and rear quarter panel of my 2012 Camry. From my first contact
with the receptionist to my last contact with the Steve Scheideler, the general manager, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, and the estimator, Mike Fitzgerald, gave me a tour of the facil... view moreity. On the tour I met Chris, who did a fantastic job of making my car look like new, and saw the area where the painting is done. My advice: if you need body work done, go to Rickenbaugh!

Poor Quality, Even Worse Customer Care
I took my 2005 Pathfinder here after a Hail storm 7/2011. My insurance company recommended them as they are a preferred shop and they fix high end cars. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday afternoon it was only only to get PDR(Paintless Dent Repair) and some buffing of some scratches where some branches got blown into it. Fast forward to the next Tuesday, Yay my car is done, I went to pick it up and when I walked by ... view moreit in the parking lot there was still hail damage, the scratches were still there and now there was a blob of paint? on the fender. I went in to talk to the estimator, she was not there and had to be called by the receptionist. Mr. K... is here, WHO? ...you know the Nissan( like it was so belittling to work on anything other then Cadillac`s or Volvo`s). So Steve the manager went out and walked around the car with me. He agreed the car was not ready to be picked up and he would have it ready in 24hrs.
Next Day, Went to get my car, still hail damage remains, scratches remain, but are now filled with touch up paint. Paint damaged on roof where the PDR guys pushed too hard and broke the paint. Also buffed through the paint on the fender where the blob of paint was. The hood insulator was only hanging on by 4 clips. I was frustrated so I took my car and called my insurance company, They told me had to take it back to Rickenbaugh but they would repaint the hood, Roof and Fender.
Here comes trip number 3, I dropped it off on a Monday morning, I got it back the next Friday, to my surprise it was worse. Over spray everywhere, pock marks in paint, along with dust and runs. It looked like they took my car to Maaco. They used Thinner on my plastic headlights and it etched and fogged them. Their cut lines are horrible.
Trip number 4, Steve is awesome, however his crew sucks, once again I drop off on Monday and pick up on Friday, This time they replaced my hood since there was still hail damage and the PDR guys had damaged the bottom so bad it was beyond repair. Still have foggy headlights and poor cut lines. Air bubbles in the paint, dust and pock marks STILL in the paint and OVER SPRAY around the windshied. The GM of Rickenbaugh was there his name was Nick. When I brought up these issues he got angry, told me they don`t get paid enough by the insurance company to fix it correctly and that it was within industry standards. Then when I brought up the foggy headlights, he said those were rock chips, I said no thats from thinner, he turned around threw the key at me and said ""F$%& YOU, I don`t have time for this"". That the GM of the dealership, I can`t imagine what he is like trying to buy a car from.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Great repair job and quality service!
Took my SUV in for repair as a result of a minor (to our car anyway) fender bender. Nick was very responsive to my phone calls and e-mails. Great follow-up, too. Our car doesn`t even look like it was even damaged!
Great service and quality job on the repair. I hope we never have to have our car repaired again, but if we do, you can bet we`ll be going back to Rickenbaugh Collision Repair.

Low Quality and Timely
I went to Rickenbaugh Collision to get my car repair after a side swipe. I was told this would be a 4 to 5 day repair. It was in the shop for two weeks. I never received one call from them to update me on the status. I came to pick up my car and it had compound all over the side of it and they didn`t blend the paint in an area. When I asked about it, their excuse was ""We were rushing to get it back to you yeste... view morerday"". I had to schedule appointment for the additional painting and once again no follow up to let me know that it was ready. I will never use Rickenbaugh Collision again and I would never recommend it to anyone EVER!

Great Service Although I`m sorry I wrecked my truck, that was not good!!
I had major damage to my white F-150 Ford, I had 22 inch wheels and the time to repair came in right on time, as promised. The truck looks great, Glenda (The Estimator) was superb, and I`m happy. Thanks to Rickenbaugh.

Rickenbaugh Collision Center - SLOW!!!
My experience was pretty negative overall, although the people there were quite nice to me. I had to wait a week before I could take my car in so they could get the ordered parts before I dropped it off there -- my car was drivable. No body damage - all interior. Dash needed to be replaced and wires fixed (my car had been broken into and stereo was stolen). For some reason it took almost two weeks for them to fix... view more even though they waited a week for the parts to arrive. For a full week, I was told my car would be fixed that day, only to have them say it would be ""tomorrow"". ""Will be done tomorrow. Will be done tomorrow."" Pretty annoying.

Very slow and poor customer service
I have taken my car to get fixed here twice for collision repair and the service was very poor and not done in a timely fashion. The second time, they had my car to fix for estheic reasons and the car was drivable. I had taken my car in 1 week prior to assess damage and order parts and was told they would need the car for 5 days. After bering there for a week, the work had not been started. I ended up taken the w... view morerecked vehicle elsewhere since nothing had been done and the man that I was working with was a total jerk about the whole thing. I would not recommend using this place for any repair work. The only ones who benefit are the rental car businesses.
