Dishonest, Disrespectful and down right dirty dealings
Courtney Brower, the New Car Manager of Burt Mazda epitomizes the slimey salesman and dishonest experience that every car buyer despises. Negotiations were dishonest, in hand writing, payments were derived without ever being shown a purchase price, and nothing quoted over the phone was honored. Over the phone he quoted prices $2,000 off MSRP but when I walked in the dealership they were taking $200 - $300 off or pr... view moreice was higher than sticker. The typical whispering behind the counter, waiting for hours for low balls on your trade, hand-offs to the "Manager"...The list goes on, dont waist your time, keep your dignity and give your money to someone else!
