We broke down in our motor home on a trip to Portland from Tennessee. The emergency brake assist which fits on the back of the transmission went out and the repair shop could not remove it from the back of the transmission. This problem forced us to replace the transmission costing us over$6000 on a vehicle that had just under 15,000 miles. Sauder?ˆ™s treated us great and made the repairs as quickly as possible. They... view more even loaned us a van to go to the Motel 6 for the night. We were greatly disappointed with Ford Motor Co. who would do nothing to help us because the vehicle was out of warranty.
