Wonderful service!
We were on family vacation in Pagosa when our brand new tire went flat. Ronny the service manager got us in first thing and we were back on the road quickly. Shop was clean, staff was efficient, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Great shop!

I went here when it was Big O. I believe the same manager is there. I wanted one tire replaced, but he took upon himself to replace 2. When I questioned him on this he became combative. I actually thought he was going to punch me. He eventually calmed down some. It was a government vehicle and he said "What do you care? It`s not coming out of your pocket." He did finally put the old tire back on and... view more charge me for one.
I also have friends who have left their cars there for an oil change and when they came back, have been charged for additional things like a radiator flush. I would avoid this place like the plague.
