Not Happy at All
Will not give them a rating because right now it would be a zero, which is not even an option. Have been without a car for almost a month. They sold us a car with a blown engine, which they should have/or did know about. We ate it on our trade in, and now we have no car. We have to call them to find out what is going on and we are still w/o a car over 3 weeks later. Thought they were good, not too happy at all r... view moreight now. They were good for service on all of our Fords, but I would not trust them at all to buy a used car from.

Do not use these people!!!!!!!
Sill TerHar the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have purchased 5 new vehicles and a number of nearly new vehicles in the last couple of decades and have NEVER had worse ""service"" than I did with this dealership. Because of this experience, I will NEVER use this dealership again, and will certainly NEVER buy another Ford. My warranty was about up on my 2008 F350 4X4, so I called in and explained that I had several pr... view moreoblems that I wanted to have taken care of before the warranty ran out in a week or so. They pulled up my truck on the computer, and asked when I would like to bring it in and I asked if late Friday would work, and they said it would. I didn`t realize it at the time, but I had called for service on the last day of my warranty. With 9500 miles on a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty, and an explanation of what I was bringing my vehicle in for, they wouldn`t cover the problem.... They argue that technically the problem has to be diagnosed on or before that day, so there is nothing they can or will do. They did however push for me to pay a diagnostic fee of $109.00 to which I had to threaten to call the troubleshooter to get them to remove. This is service??? It is obvious what my intent was!!! It is obvious what a company that prides itself for its service would do!!! It is obvious that I wasn`t trying to take advantage, but just wanted to get a couple of things fixed before my warranty ran out!!! Yes, it is also obvious that I made a mistake in waiting until the last day, but I did think that I had a week or so left. I realize that Ford is a big company, but I would have expected more than a one sentance answer to a problem and emails that my wife and I were very passionate about. I am in service, and I know what I would have done and what I do every day. We are done with Ford and will NEVER use Sill Terhar for anything......very helpful...NOT.....we spoke to many people and got nowhere.......after a couple of weeks of back and forth I went back and picked up the last Ford I will EVER buy.....

AWFUL treatment, disrespect, deceptive marketing ploys
I got a phone call from Sil-Terhar ford, telling me they had a customer seeking to buy a car just like mine (I had repair service done there previously, so they had my info) and would like to set up an appointment for me to talk to a one `Greg Larson`, the sales manager or something to have my car appraised. So, on the day of my appointment, I show up on time, and I find Greg and I introduce myself and tell him ... view moreI have an appointment... he seems confused, and checks his computer, and says something like..""oh, yea, ok.. I`ll be with you in a moment"". And so I wait and wait for 15 mins! Until finally he sits down with me, and basically says ""I lets get this appraisal done so I don`t waste your time and you dont waste mine"".... Dont waste HIS time? huh? I thought he had a customer who wanted my car? Huh? Anyways, it went downhill from there... he gave it a very basic `appraisal`. (he looked into the car, looked up info his computer, and never even opened the door or turned the car on). During this entire process, he took calls on his cell phone, was talking to his staff, answering questions, ect... basically began to ignore me, although I was sitting right in front of him! (he had called up another staff to show me some other vehicles that I could possibly trade my car in for) I finally said... "" so.. you said you were going to give me a copy of the appraisal?"" and he was very dismissive and waved to the other staff member who was going to show the car and said ""shes got it""... and I had to ask... ""ok... are we done here?"" He was so disrespectful, treating me as if I had come and intruded upon his time, even though I been invited there, decieved into believing I had some some special car that their customer wanted... I felt so used! ALSO! While I was talking to the other staff, some guy who worked there was throwing peanuts at someone, OVER us, while we talked, and GREG BURPED in front of us. Ridiculous. I felt like I was in a frat house.

Horrible
Worst experience ever! I have bought many cars in my life, at Ford dealerships in Denver. I thought I would try a new place as I have recently moved to the northern area of Denver. Biggest mistake of my life. Everything was fine while looking at the cars, talking to the sales person. However, when I was ready to make the deal, everything seemed real shady. No one could tell me anything, or explain anything to me. Pro... view morecess was really strange - I am suprised they didn`t hand over the title and everything without me signing papers!

Great experience!
I recently shopped at Sill-TerHar and was amazed by the awesome attitude and incredible facilities.
If you`d rather not be jerked around by the other rip-off dealers in town, check this place out.
