Brent who is owner of Rocky Mtn RV Repair started out to be a great responsible guy. He seemed trustworthy and honest. Then when my Girard awning motor went out and he removed the whole awning because he said he needed it to order the new motor for it. This was the end of July 2013, it`s now Oct 2013 and he will not return my awning to me. I have contacted him many times via telephone and text. In the beginning he to... view moreld me he had just received the motor and would send it out to me. This was a conversation we had many times. Then he just quit taking my calls. I then called him from a friends number with a different area code and he picked up the call. Needless to say he was more than surprised to hear it was me. He again stated that he would send me my awning the next day, this was a month ago. I have still received nothing and he still won`t take my calls. This awning is worth approximately $3000. The only recourse now is to take any legal remedies that may be available to me. DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SERVICE!!!!!!!

Josh was very professional and helpful with our AC ! He recommended the best course of action, reminded us to file an insurance claim, and expedited the insurance requirements in order to get the claim filed, completed and we were back on the road in no time! We highly recommend Josh and his team for any RV needs !
