We brought our Range Rover in ...
We brought our Range Rover in for a recall problem with the catalytic converter. They fixed the problem, only to have the same problem happen again a couple months later. When we called to book it back in, they informed us that the recall work wasn`t actually covered under their service warranty so we`re responsible for the repairs! So, to get this straight, THEY didn`t do it right from the factory and had to issu... view moree a recall. THEY didn`t fix it correctly since it only lasted a couple months. And WE get to pay for the repairs because they won`t honor their work. It`s not enough that we`ve spent over $5k on this car in service bills in a 12-month period. We get to pay for the same things twice because their service is so horrible. My advice is to run. Run from this dealer specifically. Run from the brand. Let them keep their over-priced, POS cars.

Service department minus the service
I purchased a 2005 LR3 from Denver East about 4 years ago. This LR3 developed a squeak within the 6th month I owned it. While under warrenty, a total of three dealerships (Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Denver) have tried to fix this problem. Now however the car is out of warrenty and it is a battle to get Land Rover to man up and fix this problem. ""Land Rover North America"" has decided to try to fix this squeak a... view mores a warrenty item twice since the official warrenty expired (as they should... they have yet to fix it). They have now thrown up their hands and basically said SCREW YOU CUSTOMER, it is not our problem. Ironic that they never fixed the problem under warrenty and now have tons of ideas of how to charge me while they fix what is wrong. I`ve never seen a manufacturer cop out of an issue like Land Rover has and Denver East has ZERO business ethics to hold up and fix a car they sold. Throw money into their hand and they will ""try"" to fix it, but keep that check book handy, becuase if they don`t repair your vehicle, they do not have the class to stand behind a repair or attempted repair, but they have the class to not refund you for the failed attempt, or even credit you towards the next attempt. Land Rover Denver East is a joke of a ""luxury"" car dealer, and you should stay away. They do not derserve the partronage of somebody looking for a car. You will regret working with this dealership shortly after your purchase (if you can stand to work with them long enough to get through the purchase paperwork). Jack Brewer owns both Denver East and Denver South... I would imagine when the South`s service department is not on fire, it is just as horrible as East`s. If this is the culture of these dealerships, I pity the customers they sucker into buying from them.

Purchasing a Land Rover from Land Rover Denver East is a bad idea, unless you love headaches, driving rental compact cars, and getting the run around from service departments. Good luck.

The Best!
From the friendly receptionist to the excellent sales and service staff, you always feel welcome and valued. I`ve purchased a new Land Rover and a used car here and I`ve always come away feeling like it was a win-win deal all around.

Joke
We have been looking at Used Land Rovers for quite some time now and after shopping around for quite some time (other dealers, private, etc.) we decided to purchase (finance) a car from this dealership. Ironically enough - when we first began exploring LR3`s - we went to this dealership and walked away based on price. We should have listened to our instinct. Anyway - after spending three hours at the dealership final... view moreizing paperwork. We car salesman fails to deliver on several of the pieces that he said he would throw into the deal (car mats, cargo mats, etc.) Also - the car was not clean and their were several pieces that were broken (mind you - this is a 2006). He promised to provide these all the following day... so while disappointed - we sucked it up - planning on returning the next morning. That night - my wife and I couldn`t sleep. Something just didn`t feel right. So the following morning - we call the sales man to say that we were disappointed and he says (and I quote) ""OK... bring in the car and we can give you back your trade-in"". We simply wanted to coordinate fixing the car and picking up the promised gear. We called back to speak with the Sales Manager who obviously apologized profusely and asked us to come in to see what he could do. We returned the car. WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THE USED CAR SALES STAFF... they didn`t seem to care nor wished to work with us. Cest la vie. (We bought the same car for the same price at anothe dealer the next day. :) ) STAY AWAY.
