They are also looking into my DMV charges to see if they can get any of them reversed. You`ll see some older reviews that state "they forgot to tighten the lugs" and the guy who also had a ton of problems with his Subaru; I can tell you from personal experience you should BELIEVE THEM! All of the 4-5 star ratings must be for oil changes or extremely simple things because this place is the definition of sloppy and just reinstills why I do not like used car dealerships. They`ll buy them broke down at an extreme discount, do the absolute BARE MINIMUM to get them running and sell them at a premium claiming that all the work is done by a certified technician. I purchased a used car from Rocky Mountain ROOS and it had a laundry list of things wrong with it; if I wasn`t mechanically inclined serious damage could have taken place.
