Beware of this dealership. Their customer service is non-existent. Neither the sales manager nor the service manager would return calls or requests for help after selling me a car with a maintenance problem. Once they have your money, you cease to exist. Definitely would not use these sheisters again!

Would NOT recommend Barbee`s Freeway Ford to anyone!
I would never recommend Barbee`s Freeway Ford to anyone. I can`t believe people actually fall for their lies. I`ve been shopping around for a newer car for a while now so when I went into this dealership I had a pretty good idea of where I stood regarding my credit, interest rate, etc. I went there w a specific car and budget set.
Reggie tried SO HARD to talk me into a 2012 Focus after I specifically told... view more him I wanted a 2010 or 2011 Escape. Boy, did he push. He also told me no bank would finance me for a used vehicle and they could only finance me a new vehicle. He made an offer that required a down payment (when other places I searched didn`t require a down payment), higher interest rate (3 points higher than other places), and my first payment was due much sooner than other places. Poor Kennedy....she`s learning all the wrong ways to sell a car by learning from Reggie.
I`m NOT just another pretty face. I may be a female, but I KNOW my stuff and I do my homework.
Why pay more and hassle w these guys when if you do your research right, you can find way better deals.

Freeway Ford Lies
Freeway Ford lied to my wife. They lied to her and told her that her brakes were shot, they said only 1 mm of brake pad remaining and they were ""metal on metal"". They told her that if she didn`t get the work done NOW that they would get much worse and cause further damage to her car and possibly cause full brake failure.
Freeway Ford didn`t know that I had recently gotten the brakes replaced! I took the car back... view more to the original mechanic and he showed me the brake pads and explained to me the wear pattern and at what point they need to be replaced. He showed me that the rear breaks are in like new condition and the front pads were only about 80% worn.
Freeway Ford gives honest mechanics a bad name. I think it is ironic that they always have bible verses on their large sign, I have one for them. Proverbs 11:3

DON`T TRUST THIS DEALER!
THEY LIE and they don`t care what it does to you!
Sold us a used vehicle, the sales person and the finance lady both said the loan was approved, I asked if it was for sure approved and safe to sell my vehicle and they both said, ""YES"", so we got rid of our other vehicle to find out they *didn`t* get the loan approved. They then assured us it would get approved and for three months tried getting us a loan - all ... view morethat time hitting our credit and TRASHING it!
After having the vehicle for three months, they then demanded we return the car, but now we can`t get another loan and we don`t have a car for my family. Not to mention, we had over six hundred dollars worth of work done to the body of the vehicle [removing dents] and they won`t even reimburse us for that.
Never will we trust Barbee`s Freeway Ford again - what a bunch of low-lifes!

Lemon Vehicles with No Titles
Four years ago, I purchased a pickup from these people. After $2500 in repairs, the first week, I had a solid vehicle. Unfortunately, even though they promised to hold the title for me, they mailed it to my house, 1500mi away. Fortunately, I made a subsequent trip home and retrieved my title.
A mixup in the paperwork, but these things are rare, right? Wrong.
This time, I purchased an SUV. After 4 trips to their s... view moreervice department the first month, I think I have a reliable vehicle. I still don`t have a title. It`s been 6 weeks of them telling me that it should be here in a couple of days, and now they tell me that they mailed it to the former owner.
During my most recent trip back to the dealership, I talked to another customer who also has not received his title. It has been so long that he had to get replacement temp tags, and those have expired, as well. The dealership, of course, refuses to pay for the extended temp tags.

Scam Artists at their best !
These people are the worse I have ever dealt with. After finally getting a deal I could afford... we signed the papers for which I thought was a settled purchase only to find 2 weeks later they said the bank would not approve the rate and our payment was going up. I guess a contract is NOT a contract these days. Now I will return the truck and start my search again. Please have them explain the fine print th... view moreat is unreadable. Get pre-approved and confirm that with Jeff and Stephanie BEFORE you go to the signing. They work as a team to snake in the hidden costs and details. I will be contacting FORD CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS regarding this matter.

only good if you like being taken advantage of and lied to
Called the dealership about a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with about 17000 miles that they were asking $19994 for. Agreed to come in and take a look which upon reflection was my first mistake. I took a test drive and the vehicle seemed OK, not too much detail work was done but was passable. You could tell it had been vacuumed and washed but not much else. Had parts of the front grill not assembled and left i... view moren the back. We sit down to talk about the car and I tell them I want to trade in my 2002 Grand Marquis (blue book value around 3500 to 4500) and that I had $1000 to put down and my credit was not that great (actually it`s around 650). I hand over my keys (another mistake as now I`m held hostage) and let them run my credit first thing (yet another mistake). So the sales guy comes back with some song and dance about best values with more money down, etc... and hands me two sets of numbers on a piece of copy paper: $3000 down and $530/month for 48 months and $2000 down and $440/month for 60 months and that includes my car as trade in. When I look at one of the online calculators seems to me that they have just tried to cheat me out of thousands of dollars. They keep coming back with some similar numbers and do the ""sales guy switch"" and make references as to the math not working out for the ""guys in the back"" and yet never show me any real numbers. We finally get to what I`m really willing to pay and that`s around $250/month for 60 months with my car and $1000 down and they won`t go there. One guy (he must have been the ""manager"" type) tells me that they`ll keep my info and if they find something they`ll call me which came off completely insincere and then the original sales guy came back with my keys and didn`t even say goodbye like I`d wasted THEIR time and I was the customer. So I walk out of the place feeling like the following:
1.) they`d just tried to cheat me
2.) they`d just lied to my face
3.) that I needed a shower to clean off the sleaze
