A salvage yard that doesn`t want to sell parts?

Really starting to wonder about this place. I stopped in about a month ago to see if I could find some hidden treasures and ended up finding an entire car I wanted to purchase from them to use as a donor car for my project. Worst case just buy the parts I needed from it but really it would be much easier to just have the entire car. For a month now I have been trying to get a price, information, anything out of this ... view moreguy. He seemed pretty excited to help me while I was there and said he would get me info and pricing. Multiple phone calls later over a months time and I still have nothing. Today I called and dude straight hung up on me. If you don`t want to sell the vehicles or the pars you have at your salvage yard then just say so but what kind of salvage yard doesn`t want to sell parts?
