LOVE this dealership and their staff...
I am definitely the type to write reviews when I feel strongly about things, and I have a HUGE fan of LAnd Rover South, the staff, and in particular, the new Centre Manager, Bill McConnell.
I`ve purchased two Land Rovers over the years at LR Denver South, had them serviced there, and have had nothing but the best experience. But, it was the most recent experience with Bill that in the icing on the cake.
Now, m... view moreind you, I just met Bill -- and had no relationship with him in the past. But during my most recent transaction -- Bill treated me as he and I were best friends from high school. He was open, compassionate, professional and incredibly helpful.
Thank you Bill -- I will MOST definitely be a customer again, and can`t recommend you or LR Denver South Highly Enough.

The only place to service my Land Rover
I have been bringing my Land Rover to have service and repairs to Land Rover Denver South for over 5 years. They have come to know me. Prior to knowing me, they treated me with kindness and respect. When there was an issue with my Land Rover, they explain it in terms I understand without talking down to me. If I ask questions (as silly as they may be) they always answer them and make me feel at ease.
I would n... view moreever take my Land Rover anywhere else! Everyone at the dealership go out of their way to make you feel at home. I am sure that their are smaller shops that might charge less, but with Land Rover Denver South, you get what you pay for. They know what they are doing and they are honest and don`t try to sell repairs that aren`t needed. As a younger female this is great, because most shops assume I don`t know anything and will try and tell me I need something I don`t.
They are honest, kind and very helpful. I will always drive a Land Rover because of the amazing people in the Service & Parts Departments.

Highly Recommed, Land Rover Denver South
Researching options to get your Land Rover serviced in the Denver area, look no further. Land Rover Denver South is the best, by far. From Technicians, Parts, and Customer Service assistance, Jerod and Linda have assisted me on a number of occasions, and they treat me like family.

Service Department Is Broken
The service department at this dealership is broken. It took me four visits over six days for this group to fix one problem with my brake system. It ended up costing $2,400. To top it all off, when I picked up my car for the last time, there was a gigantic fracture through the middle of the windshield that wasn`t there when I dropped the car off. I pointed this out to the service person and she immediately said that ... view moreit wasn`t the dealer`s responsibility and, without looking, immediately attributed it to ""rock pitting"". She said that regardless, it wasn`t the dealer`s responsibility, and that I ""needed to read the fine print of the service agreement"" as the dealer wasn`t responsible for the car`s safety when it was sitting on their lot.
That excuse obviously didn`t work for me, and when I informed her that unless she either fixed my windshield or paid my deductible to do so, I would terminate my relationship with the dealer. She said in response, ""well, that`s your decision to make"". Clearly, these folks don`t really care about taking care of their customers or taking care of their customer?ˆ™s possessions. They have lost a service customer for life. And when I buy my next car sometime over the next three months, they can be assured it won`t be from Land Rover Denver South.
